Ideal for a family or group of friends, this suite sleeps 6 between 1 King Bedroom + 1 Queen Bedroom (+queen sleeper sofa) and 2 full bathrooms. A stocked kitchen is on hand to cook a meal (or simply request a chef, you’re on vacay after all) and serene bathrooms complete with luxury bath products feels like home. Yoga mats aid a good sweat while your own washer + dryer keep things fresh. Sleep6 brand mattresses and supple linens allow for an optimal night’s rest. A washer + dryer, Sonos, YouTubeTV, and fast Wi-Fi add to the ease and comfort.

Great weekend away

The apartment is beautifully decorated and very clean. The neighborhood has plenty to see and do -- lots of take-out options. Management was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend for a weekend escape, we would definitely stay again!

Great location

One of the best neighborhoods in Chicago within walking distance of the zoo, park and lake with a large choice of places to eat and drink. Apartment is spacious and well maintained. The only downside is there no elevator. We will definitely rent here again.

Perfect location and amenities

This is my favorite location in the Lakeview/Lincoln Park area - close to everything I love. The amenities were really great - huge, good towels, extremely comfortable mattresses, great linens, plenty of good water. The water pressure was pretty light, and I needed earplugs for the street noise, but not a big deal. Everything was easy and very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect combo of beauty, comfort and LOCATION

My daughter, husband and I really loved our stay at The Neighborhood Hotel which is right in the middle of everything in the Lincoln Park area. We stayed on the 2nd floor. The suite had 2 BR, 2 BA, a comfortable sitting room with TV, WiFi, dining/work areas and a fully equipped cute kitchen. There is air conditioning in each bedroom and the main area. A previous reviewer complained about street noise, and this is a busy, urban area. However, the host provides white noise machines in each bedroom which pleasantly dull the street noise. The windows do a good job of muffling sound as well, and there are blackout blinds in each bedroom to keep out the city lights. We are suburban people and had no problems sleeping. Mattresses are comfortable, and the suite comes equipped with all the basic necessities including a few mornings of delicious local coffee. This is a historical building which has been thoughtfully updated while maintaining vintage charm, just the kind of property we really enjoy. The decor is fresh and comfortable. I gave the host a 4 on check-in procedures because this is a hotel and they stepped out of the usual VRBO procedures, which confused me a little initially. Having said that, I got the address and entry code well in advance of arriving in Chicago. Always a good feeling to know in advance where you are going and how to get in. The host is hospitable and responsive via text. We would absolutely stay at The Neighborhood Hotel again.

Immaculate apartment, excellent long stay in a perfect area!

The property was exactly as described! Clean, updated, sophisticated, comfortable, complete with thoughtful touches throughout. We stayed for 3 weeks and our experience was perfect, felt very much at home. Jonathan was so helpful and responsive. Great Lincoln Park location, nearby all the conveniences, great restaurants, coffee shop and the Lake! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a short or long stay in Chicago.
