Located within 5 minutes from I-30, Splash Kingdom, L3 Harris, movies, restaurants, and shopping, this quiet, kid-friendly home is the perfect spot for work or play. With a coffee bar, covered patio, treehouse, swing set, basketball goal, games/puzzles, and more, there’s something for everyone to enjoy!

The host welcome us and if we need anything to contact her if need. The house was lovely, just like home. My grandchildren loved it too. Great locations. I would recommend this place. We plan to come back in couple years and plan to rent again.

Great stay for our family

Our family of 4 stayed here. Our kids loved the bunk bed, games and backyard treehouse. We found the kitchen to be stocked better than most VRBO properties we've visited. Easy check-in and out.

Gem in Greenville

Good house in a quiet neighborhood. Close to food and shopping. Hosts were excellent at communicating and home was very clean. Good place to stay. Will stay again!

Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. The kids had a blast worh the playset in the backyard and the basketball hoop. Went for the eclipse and it was great!

Very peaceful

We had a wonderful stay! Our group included three adults and a 1-year-old, and the home was perfect for all of us. The quiet neighborhood made it easy to relax, and the beautiful, clean interior felt welcoming and comfortable. We especially appreciated the family-friendly backyard. It was a great space for enjoying time outdoors. Highly recommend this rental for anyone traveling with family.

Great place to stay

We rented the house to attend our granddaughter's HS graduation. The house was very clean and well kept. The kids enjoyed playing in the back yard, especially the tree swing. Definitely recommend staying here if you visit Greenville.

Perfect House

This is a very clean, allergy free, warm/inviting, and spacious place to stay w/wo children. Great location in a friendly neighborhood. The home is nicely decorated and furnished with everything one might need. Indoor games, outdoor toys in garage, basketball hoop, a fun tree house and wing set in backyard. Hosts are quick to respond. You will not be disappointed!

Cute house that felt like home

My family stayed for 9 days and felt very relaxed and cozy in this delightful, well decorated home. There were 4 adults and 3 kids aged 5-12. We had adequate space and were able to enjoy the nice, fenced yard and play set (when the weather cooperated). There were many extras on property like bicycles, balls, basketball hoop and more that made it even better. And it felt very safe. Its proximity to stores, shopping and restaurants was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in the area.

Great weekend in Greenville

I was in Greenville over a weekend helping with some babysitting for our five year old granddaughter. This property was lovely, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We didn’t cook but the kitchen had all you would need if you wanted to prepare meals. The beds were very comfortable and our granddaughter loved the kids’ treehouse bunk bed. TVs are in every bedroom in addition to the living room (with a comfy sofa). The backyard was nice with seating and a great swing set, plus the neighborhood felt safe and looked good. Communication was smooth and easy! Would highly recommend and we would be happy to return!

Lovely home

My 3 siblings and I booked this house to stay while visiting family in the area. This house fit our needs perfectly. It was conveniently located , close enough to everything but located in a quiet neighborhood. The owners had thought of everything we might need and then some. Home and yard was super clean and beds were so comfortable. A covered porch in back was a real plus. They are even prepared for childre too. We highly recommend this home.

Perfect for family with young kids

Everything about the property is accurate. Kiddos will love the swing, basketball goal and treehouse. Very clean and in a safe neighborhood. We will definitely keep this on our list for this area.

Clean, comfy, and close to everything.

Communication with host was awesome! The home is cozy and comfy. The play area outside was a hit with the granddaughter. Close to shopping and areas around the Dallas Metroplex. Definitely would recommend.

Nice house, bring your own blankets

For the most part everything was great. The only drawback was not being able to use the comforters. Just small blankets in the closet. As someone who normally sleeps with a weighted blanket that made it really hard to sleep. I would suggest brining your own blankets if you’re able

Thank you for the feedback, Meredith. I purchased larger blankets to fit each bed the day your husband mentioned it so there is no need to bring blankets in the future. There are also additional blankets in the linen closet and guests are welcome to adjust the thermostat.
