Beautiful 3 bedroom and 3 bath villa located directly on the 18th green of the golf course with great lagoon views! We are walking distance to the BHI Club as well as a short 2-minute walk to the beach! The kitchen and baths were recently remodeled with beautiful countertops, stainless steel appliances and hardwood flooring throughout. The master suite has a queen bed overlooking the great views of the golf course! The guest bedroom downstairs has a king bed and full bath. Upstairs there is a queen bed, full bath and balcony. We also have an outdoor shower! A BHI Lifestyle membership to the BHI Club may be purchased separately.
**We cannot guarantee ice makers or water dispensers to be operable in the rental

Amazing house, amazing location!

We loved our recent stay in this beautiful house. It was the perfect place to be for an event at the BHI club, but it was also close to the harbor, market and restaurants/shopping. It was tastefully and beautifully decorated, super comfortable and had everything we needed and more. Would definitely rent again!!!

One of the best views that I’ve had on the island! Very well equipped kitchen (we had thanksgiving dinner there and had everything we needed). Comfortable beds. Great villa!

Perfect spot on BHI!

We love the BHI Villas! This particular Villa had the most spectacular view of the lagoon and golf course. It was a 1 min walk to the beach and a perfect size for our family of 4. The excellent rental company makes the entire trip seamless from start to finish!

Great view and location

This villa is in a great location and has a wonderful view of the golf course. Perfect amount of space for my husband and I. Would be tight for 4+ people. Villa came very well equipped with many items you would need on vacation.

Beautifully appointed, fantastic views

We have been coming to BHI for 10 years and this villa may have been one of our favorites yet. The view was stunning, it was tastefully decorated and stocked with all the essentials - and then some! You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into the home to ensure guests would be comfortable. Thank you!

Lovely stay

This is a nice small house with a very pleasant view. The interior of the house is comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The decor is attractive and in good repair. The kitchen is very small though and can’t easily accommodate more than one person at a time. The exterior of the house was very dirty and needs attention. The outside Dining table was also broken so we could not use it. The windows are covered in insects. The close proximity to the BHI Club is a great advantage. However the beach near this house is not the best as there is waste water outlets in the area. It’s quick and easy to drive to another beach.

Views for days

We spent so much time on the deck. The most amazing sunrises and some incredible wildlife watching. This is the third villa we have stayed in - this one was the most efficient layout and the most beautifully decorated. Very clean inside. 3 Bikes were newer and 5 total stored in the bottom floor - weather protected made them usable! We rode all over the island. There are also 2 golf carts (a 4 and 6 seater) - even though the listing says one and host will only tell you there is one. The owner is apparently concerned one might not work so only says one. We rented an extra but did not need it. Depending on rental availability I recommend you wait on renting until you get there - no refunds. If you do rent one, consider that part of the rental because it is $100/day. That was my only disappointment. Great property and great communication.

Perfect location and size for a weekend getaway!

Our stay at Hook, Wine and Sinker was perfect. We came from Charlotte, NC with our 3 and 2 month old babies and absolutely loved the property. Everything we could possibly need for the beach was provided, and the views from the living space, bedroom and deck were so amazing. The beach is truly 2 mins away — so convenient! Would definitely go back and stay again!

So fun

This was our first visit to BHI in October. Silver lining from Covid which allowed our family to work/school while here. The weather was perfect and the villa was comfortable, nicely appointed and decorated, location was fantastic. Perfect trip!
