Le logement:
Deux pièces + coin montagne composé d'un salon/salle à manger avec TV donnant sur un balcon offrant une vue imprenable sur le vallon de Flaine, cuisine américaine entièrement équipée (four multi-fonctions, grand réfrigérateur/congélateur, plaque induction, lave-vaisselle, cafetière Nespresso...); une chambre double avec lit queen-size (160x200), rangements et TV; coin montagne pour enfants avec lits superposés et rangements, salle de bains avec baignoire et WC plus WC supplémentaire indépendant. Casier à skis à l'extérieur. Nombreux équipements (wifi, 2 TV, sèche-chaussures de skis, machine à laver séchante...).

Accès:
Appartement situé dans la résidence Capricorne, un petit immeuble situé à Flaine Forêt, à quelques mètres des pistes (télésiège Grands Vans, départ ESF Flaine Forêt...). Les commerces, bars et restaurants de Flaine Forêt sont à proximité immédiate et ceux de Flaine Forum à quelques minutes à pieds par l'ascenseur extérieur de la station. Lors de votre arrivée à Flaine en voiture, vous pourrez stationner devant l'immeuble gratuitement pendant 1h30 pour décharger vos bagages puis vous devrez utiliser l'un des parkings longue-durée payants de la station, le plus proche étant situé à deux minutes à pieds.

Merci de votre intérêt pour notre appartement! Flaine, avec son architecture de type Bauhaus ne laisse pas ses visiteurs indifférents. Nous sommes tombés sous le charme de cette station et de cet appartement. Il vient tout juste d'être rénové (fin des travaux octobre 2021): nous avons souhaité mettre en avant l'esprit moderniste de la station tout en offrant un confort chaleureux et raffiné avec des équipements de grande qualité pour vous garantir un séjour optimal. Nous nous faisons une joie de vous accueillir et vous souhaitons un excellent séjour chez nous.


DESCRIPTION - DESIGNER SKI-IN/SKI-OUT: recently renovated original Marcel Breuer apartment, open living room with breathtaking views, master bedroom and separate bunk room, beside the foot of the slopes and Flaine Forêt ski school.

THE ACCOMMODATION - Designer apartment featuring open living/dining room opening onto a balcony offering uninterrupted views of the Flaine valley, high-speed internet and TV (55”), fully equipped open-plan kitchen (multi-function oven, large fridge/freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, crockery, Nespresso coffee maker...), master bedroom with queen-size bed (160), storage and second TV, separate bedroom for children with full size single bunk beds and storage, bathroom with bathtub and WC, second (separate) WC. Ski locker outside and boot drying machine inside, washing machine / dryer, etc).

ACCESS FOR TRAVELLERS - The Résidence Capricorne is a small building located in the very quiet and semi-pedestrian zone of Flaine Forêt, a few meters from the slopes (Grands Vans chairlift, ESF Flaine Forêt departure). The shops, bars and restaurants of Flaine Forêt are in the immediate vicinity and those of Flaine Forum a few minutes on foot by the free pedestrian lift. When you arrive in Flaine, you are able to park in front of the building for free for 90 minutes, after which parking is available in one of the resort's paid long-term car parks, the closest of which is located two minutes away on foot.

OTHER INFORMATION - Thank you for your interest in our apartment! Flaine’s Bauhaus architecture and incredible natural beauty is increasingly of global renown. We fell in love with this resort and this apartment on our first visit, and hope you will too. The apartment has been fully renovated at the end of October 2021, in a way that highlights the modernist spirit of the resort while offering warm and refined comfort and high quality equipment.
