The townhome was a perfect spot for our Brianhead ski trip. It was very clean and kitchen was well appointed for cooking our meals. Easily accessible to the freeway and Cedar City Main Street. We had teenage boys with us and having the ping pong table was great entertainment for them.

The townhome itself was very clean and well stocked. Jan was great to work with. She was prompt in answering any questions and helpful above and beyond what would be expected. I highly recommend staying here.

Family Townhouse

This property was great for a quick weekend stay. House was super clean which was a big deal for me! Although there are multiple townhomes in the area the neighborhood was relatively quiet. Thanks for the great stay!

Ski Weekend

We had a great stay and the place was perfect for me and my two boys! We each had a room with a comfortable bed. We came out to ski at Brian Head and everything on the mountain was booked! Staying in Cedar City was less expensive and with just a 30 min drive we were on the mountain!!! The owner was great and the process was seamless! We will be back!

Close to my Son’s Wedding Venue the Barn @ Cedar Meadiw

It was Great! We were so close to the wedding venue that we could help set up then go to this condo and get ready! Also super convenient after as my brother and sister in law could stay the night and not have to drive back to St George that night! Everything was clean and in great shape! Host was so gracious and responsive! I highly recommend! It would be a convenient location to get anywhere in the cedar area

Like staying overnight in a model home

Lovely, clean, comfortable townhome - great for a family or small group of friends. The downstairs space is not especially large, but it is comfortable and conducive to hanging out as a group. Host Jan was on top of communications and very quick to respond to my questions. She also alerted me that the unit was available for check-in a little earlier than scheduled, which was helpful as I had arrived ahead of schedule. The townhome is in a new complex north of Cedar City located conveniently off the interstate but there is not much nearby as this time (gas station, car wash and bowling alley). A car is necessary to get to restaurants, Utah Shakespeare Festival, Southern Utah Univ., etc... but most of Cedar City is only a 10-20 min drive away. We would happily return to this property!

Perfect House

Perfect house, easy access to the Highway in a very quiet neighborhood. Just minutes to downtown Cedar City with plenty of dining options. Jan’s house was immaculate updated fully stocked. Communication with Jan was quick and efficient. Would have no hesitation staying here again.

Girls Trip Weekend

We made a quick trip down for the St. George Parade of Homes with mom and sisters. Missed out on finding a decent place to stay in St. George which ended up being a happy accident when we found Jan’s place. Cutest little townhouse with everything you need to stay comfortably away from home! Very clean and neat. We loved our stay!

Clean quick stay

From our first communion with Jan, I knew we had a winner. This was our first time using VRBO so I was nervous about the process and how it would all go. Jan was amazing, answering all my questions and even took the time to measure the garage for us to make sure our truck would fit. We were in the unit for less than 10 hours, as a quick stop on our trip. The house was super clean and comfortable. It was exactly as described and if we ever journey through again, we’ll definitely be return guests! Thanks Jan!
