Little Bear Cottage-3 blocks from the lake!

Come enjoy the fully renovated little Bear cottage in Russell’s Point just a few blocks from the water (3 blocks from the spillway), less than a mile from restaurants, 20 minutes to the ski resort, and a short trip to the beach for swimming and the boat dock. (Closest boat ramp is Moundwood 1.9 miles away) Little Bear Cottage is only 520 square feet but every inch has been remodeled and redecorates as modern farmhouse with a masculine touch. There is a queen bed in each of the two bedrooms. Enjoy the over stuffed overly warn leather sofa, farmhouse kitchen sink, and abundance of pillows and comfort. You will not be disappointed with the charm and details of our quant cottage. There is a huge outdoor deck with a propane fire table for relaxing and a fire pit for roasting marshmallows at night. A propane grill is on the front deck also.

The cottage is located about 3 blocks from a couple great fishing spots that can be reached on foot or driving.

The kitchen is equipped with an apartment sized stove and fridge, a coffee maker, microwave, and cooking essentials. We provide pots and pans, silverware, cooking utensils, bottle opener, knives, cutting boards, salt and pepper. On the coffee car we have at least two types of coffee with creamer, sugar, and low calorie sweetener.

Each of the two bedrooms has a queen sized bed. These rooms are tight with about 20 inches on each sized of the bed. We have many hooks no the walls to hang bags and clothing.

The only heat source is an open propane heater In the living room. It warms the cottage up fast and extremely warm if needed but I’m the heater can get HOT. Caution with touching or having small children near it to avoid burns.

The cottage has a window A/C unit and multiple fans. At just over 500 square feet, the A/C unit keeps it cool and comfortable.

The driveway is a total length of 42 feet and gravel. There is no guest access to the garage.

We love to offer a place for families to bring their dogs! We want you to enjoy your entire family on vacation, so bring your fur babies. We have a one time $50 fee for dogs to stay. (Up to 2 dogs)
