Great stay! Super friendly host who was quick to reply. Coffee pot poured out crazy & they delivered a new one within an hour of being notified. We will be saving this place to stay at again!

We were in town for a CrossFit competition and we left saying we would gladly stay here and neighboring properties again. Many bathrooms was a must - all clean and stocked! The open kitchen was wonderful. The only deduction of stars was due to the listing noting 3 additional Murphy beds - there was one folded bed in a closet but no additional beds. It ended up being fine but everything else was great overall.

Great stay!

The overall stay was great beginning to end.I like the check-in process where they use the last four digits of a cell check-in process number. The experience was good. I had a question in the beginning and I was called, and very well accommodated. We were here for a wedding reception and everybody had plenty of room to get ready.We would stay at this property again if it was available and we needed that much spaceThank you!

Nice place to stay

This was a nice 4 bedroom place with en-suite bathrooms. Check in process was super easy.The location was a bit far out and not much around, but since it was just for a weekend, we made it work.I would recommend Jane’s Place!

Excellent home

We love staying at the properties on ball camp pike. We live in SC and travel to Knoxville often to see our six grandchildren. We love renting here because it’s spacious enough for them to stay with us and centrally located to our daughter and sons families. The owners are amazing to work with and our time there never disappoints.

Nice space!

Condo is clean and very well stocked. Beds were comfy. Lots of towels. Love that each bedroom has its own bath. Perfect for our family to gather in while we were in town for a family funeral. Owners were very responsive and accommodating.

Family Reunion

We needed a place in Knoxville close to family that would be easy for our 85 year old aunt with Parkinson’s to navigate. This home was perfect for the 6 of us in so many ways.

Good first night, HOT the second night.

We enjoyed our day, but the second night the HVAC wasn't working upstairs or downstairs.An offer was made for us to move to a nearby unit, but it was nearly 10pm and not practical or convenient for us to move at that late hour.Brenda did a good job communicating with us. The owner however, was not willing to call a service company to check it out-and after we left was not very flexible in offering an acceptable adjustment, but finally did with Brenda's help.
