You can park one vehicle in the garage and one in front of the garage. There is extra parking for 7 vehicles on the left when you first enter the complex. Please park in the spots marked by the Tenant Parking Signs. NO parking of Commercial Vehicles, Trailers, or Vehicles with auxiliary fuel tanks; they are prohibited from the complex and must be parked offsite at all times. Please don't follow how other people may be parking in front of the units as the strata will issue a fine if you are parked anywhere other than what we've listed above. This home features 3- clean, private bedrooms allowing for ultimate privacy and peaceful rest during your mountain stay. Simply decorated, you'll find the following sleeping arrangements:

Upper Level - Queen primary bedroom with incredible views overlooking the mountains, full bathroom, desk space for work.
Main Level-Double pull-out couch in the living room.
Lower Level - Separate bedroom with queen bed.
Lower Level - Semi-private room with two bunks beds and a separate bonus space with one bunk bed (3 bunk beds total).

The beds are complimented by high-quality linens and pillows to ensure a good night’s sleep.

You'll find 2 1/2 bathrooms fully equipped with everything you need to start your day.

Bathroom 1: Full ensuite bathroom Upper Level with a shower bath, stocked with towels, face cloths, toiletries, and a hairdryer.
Bathroom 2: ½ bathroom located on the Main Level stocked with towels, face cloths, toiletries, and a hairdryer.
Bathroom 3: Full bathroom Lower Level with a shower bath, stocked with towels, face cloths, toiletries, and a hairdryer.

The large kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need to cook up a feast. We have provided utensils, pots, pans, a coffee maker, a blender, a crockpot, a dishwasher and much more.

The living area is off the kitchen/dining area. It is a very large area with plenty of comfortable seating.

If you love cooking outside, we’ve got a deck with a BBQ, outdoor furniture and a private covered hot tub. A great place to relax after eating a delicious meal or a big day of adventures. Soak away your cares while soaking in breathtaking mountain views – the perfect après-ski or post-hike treat.

If you have the need to do laundry, the condo has a large modern washer & dryer. Laundry detergent is also supplied.

This condo is next to the Main run where you can ski to the base and Quad chair. When returning, you can ski almost to your door. Check in and out was easy. Plenty of tableware and cups which was perfect for our two families. Hot tub was nice. The front living area got hot in the morning since the windows face the sun but once it was over the building it cooled down.

Over all a great unit to stay in. Ski in/out access is phenomenal. Loved the extra touches of a welcome bottle of wine/chocolates. The only negative would be the unit is in need some some renos - broken floor tiles, stained carpet, marked up walls.

Well equipped and a great location, our family enjoyed slow mornings playing board games (tons of options provided!) and enjoying the view from the living room. The Alpine Lodging team left a personalized note upon arrival and we accessible and available to questions. The unit has a great layout and the hot tub was well kept. We stayed at this condo for 6 weeks as we waited for our purchased condo to be ready. The condo had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and there was an abundance of linens.
