The space
Park your car—or your RV for up to a week—in your own designated spot, then check into The Juniper Suite using the digital smart lock with your own unique code.

From there, Alexa is at your service, with integration for lights, music, TV, and a virtual concierge for restaurant and activity recommendations and more.

Jump right into relaxing: there’s a Smart TV for streaming shows and movies, plus free and fast WiFi. Or head to your sunny, private courtyard and sip a cool drink in the fresh air.

Make use of the kitchenette with microwave and mini-fridge for snacks, coffee, and light meals. A convenient dining table functions as your breakfast nook, laptop workspace, card table, and adventure-planning hub.

Wake refreshed in a king-size bed outfitted in high-quality linens and a padded headboard for reading in bed. An adjacent full bath features a spa-inspired shower with brand-new tile and a roomy sink—a true treat after a day on the hiking trails.

This studio is attached to our primary residence, with its own separate entrance, designated parking spot, and a private courtyard/garden.

Please be aware that the Juniper Suite is located near a street that can be a bit busy at times. If you’re a light sleeper, this might cause a little more ambient noise than preferred during the night!

A night in the dark

The property is very well documented. What you see in the listing is what you get, a cute getaway set up like a boutique hotel. One of the nights during our stay, the power went out. I went outside to investigate, and I found the owners on the lawn and we chatted as we watched a work crew start the process of replacing an entire power pole just across the street. J & C were kind and offered apologies and lights and anything else we needed. Power was restored at 2AM, but the outage damaged the router for the house and they made it a priority in the morning to get full broadband service restored (which was important for our work) and gave us access to a mobile hotspot in the meantime which we felt was above and beyond service. Would definitely stay again.

If you’re looking for a home away from home, this is the place!

The property owners made sure I was taken care of and had thoughtful touches in and outside the space to make sure my stay was enjoyable! I would definitely stay here again.

I feel so blessed to have stayed in this charming and peaceful "home away from home" as I awaited the birth of my grandson. This property will be a part of the cherished memories that I have of that special time. I enjoyed the convenient parking, private yard and entrance, comfortable bed and shower, and the safe, peaceful neighborhood. I just had to unpack and stock the fridge with food and I was set for my extended stay. Jeffery and Claudie are perfect hosts and I look forward to staying here again in the future.
