This 25 year old property located near the end of a quiet cul-de-sac at 28 Heath Drive has 3500 sq. ft. of living space to include 4 bedrooms with private baths (a 5th ½ bath on 1st floor easily accessible from pool), Bonus Room and an optional heated pool or spa. Golf, tennis, bike/kayak rentals, along with a host of fun activities help make this gated community on Hilton Head Island the #1 vacation resort in US/Canada (Travel & Leisure Family Magazine). The spacious and open Vaulted family room provides a beautiful view of the back pool and spa and a clear view of the 2nd hole of the George Fazio golf course. A large 65 inch HD Smart TV is on the wall above the fireplace for family viewing.

The Master BR features a king size bed with an oversize bath featuring stand alone shower and pulsating jet tub, and a walk-in closet. A private French door from the master suite leads to the rear composite deck with a view of Fazio Golf Course and pool/spa that adds to the charm. The 2nd master suite features vaulted ceilings with a queen size bed & a queen size sleeper sofa, a large 65"' HD Smart TV and a large, luxury private bath. The 3rd & 4th BR's have magnificent views of the golf course; the 3rd BR has a queen bed with vaulted ceilings and a private bath; the 4th BR has a queen bed and a bunk bed with 2 twin beds and a private bath. Each BR has a Smart Roku TV. There is also a bonus room with a futon sofa and a 58" Roku TV with cable, DVD player, a Nintendo Wii game system and hookups for kids to bring their own video games. For larger groups, two twin mattresses (no box springs) are stored in the 4th BR closet.

The spacious kitchen (newly renovated in 2024) will help to entertain a crowd. Breakfast bar, children's portable picnic table, high chair, booster seat and additional dining area help to seat an overflow crowd. Quartz counter tops, glass top stove, 2 Refrigerators, ice maker and lots of cupboards and storage help to make cooking on vacation an activity you actually can enjoy! There is a laundry room complete with front loading washer and dryer (2nd refrigerator is located here).

An inviting deck entrance way, with 5 rocking chairs, welcomes you to the home. The back composite deck allows for plenty of “sun tanning”, reading, and good ol’ fashion relaxing. There is a half bath in the family room near the back door for easy pool access.

A fiberglass pool and hot tub/spa (heating available for either or both) compliments this vacation paradise. Barbecue on the Weber gas grill on the back deck. We also provide a corn hole set with bags that can be used in the backyard. There is a ping pong table in the garage and we have 6 bicycles in the garage for your use (please provide your own helmets). We also have a small picnic table, high chair and booster seat in the home and available for the little ones. The house also features plenty of yard space for backyard play and star gazing. Upon your return from the beach, wash off the sand with the foot wash next to the garage.

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have an external security ring doorbell located to the left of the front door.

Palmetto Dunes boasts the finest amenities on Hilton Head Island. You can explore unlimited trails on the provided bikes (please provide your own helmet). Enjoy Fireworks every Tuesday evening in the summer at Shelter Cove Marina, a Mediterranean-style market place and be entertained for free by Shannon Tanner during summer evenings.
