Great house stocked with everything you may need. We felt location was perfect - neighborhood is stunning to walk or bike and beach access (.52mi) was easy to either walk or bike. House has a bunch of bikes to use, puzzles, games, beach cart, etc. The dock was nice to nature watch (we had blue heron that kept us company next to dock). The communication with Mike (prop manager) owners was fantastic and resolutions for minor issues were near immediate. I would stay here again, we really enjoyed it.

The property was as described and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the shade provided by the under house area. Very nice perk having a refrigerator there. The neighborhood was quiet and the yard offered privacy. The kitchen was very well supplied. The house overall was very comfortable. The only thing we could have asked for is a toilet downstairs for pool days. The walk to the beach is pretty long in the heat of summer.

Heritage without the golf

AMAZING - so calm and peaceful. Easy to reserve and easy to check in. The owners provide an amazing amount of extras from beach chairs, pool floats, to a stacked kitchen. Best of all were all of the beach towels!!! Can't wait to stay again. Went for the golf but stayed at beach and pool.

The neighborhood of this home was beautiful and quiet. The location to to beach was definitely bailable and an enjoyable ride. The layout of the home is great. The home could use some updating as some areas look tired, specifically the bathrooms. The king beds are comfortable however, the curtains are too small for the door and can’t be closed fully. It would also be nice to have ceiling fans in all bedrooms. The pool/ hot tub is nice but the heating far is unreasonable..600 for 4 days. We did have a significant issue with the guest bathroom as the shower handle broke off when trying to turn it off and the water could t be turned off. The homeowner was quick to get it fixed for us.

Wonderful Family Stay

We enjoyed everything about our week. The lagoon, the bikes in the garage, the large living area and heated pool/spa. We highly recommend this home for any family staying in Hilton Head. We were impressed by Palmetto Dunes as well.

The location and surrounding area was absolutely perfect! Very peaceful and serene

Vacation Paradise

This property was perfect for our stay. We had four adults and two children 2 and 4. Plenty of open space in living and dining area, bedrooms great size. Great pool area space and yard. Extra bonus was the toys and games for the kids that were on the property. Plenty of bikes to use. Would highly recommend and will stay there again.

The Best of Hilton Head Island

This beautiful property in the Palmetto Dunes was fantastic. The property had great amenities and all the necessities for our stay. The seamless check-in was quick and easy. The property was pristine and the community was wonderful to walk or bike around, the beach was easily accessible. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I’ll definitely be bringing my family back here.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house! Everything you would need is provided. Since we had a 5 year old and 2 thirteen year olds, having pool toys, ping pong and bikes made it perfect.

Great week in August

Our family of four (two kids) had a wonderful stay. Beautiful pool and back yard. The bikes on the property were really appreciated. Our kids also loved all the games and toys. If you have a family and want to stay in Hilton Head (Palmetto Dunes, in particular), definitely consider this property.

Beautiful, peaceful and relaxing

From the moment we walked in the door the house was beautiful. The amenities were top notch. With 3 small children I couldn’t imagine a more accommodating home. We loved our stay! The owners are very helpful and kind. The property manager was beyond friendly! We had a wonderful experience!

Nice comfortable, beautiful home

We enjoyed our stay very much. Both the host and the property manager gave us great suggestions. We biked (bikes at the house), played pickle ball and golf. The house has a great outdoor space right on the lagoon with a pool, hot tub, comfortable couches and ping pong table. Lots of comfortable places to sit and chat or read inside too.

Awesome Holiday House

We loved this beautiful home and it immediately felt like home to our entire family. It was tastefully and simply decorated. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you would normally need to prepare and enjoy meals together. It was close to the beach and we took full advantage of the bikes which were provided. The pool and entertainment area were great- especially considering we had several days of un-Hilton Head like weather. Loved the home!

Relaxing & Rejuvenating

The house was just as described and well appointed. We took our three kids for spring break. Our son is in college and enjoyed his own room & bathroom. He was able to get some work done in between looking for lizards outside & getting some sun. Our girls are juniors in high school and were also glad to have their own bedroom and bathroom. The pool was great & the weather was perfect for relaxing in the sun and shaking off the winter blahs. My husband and enjoyed going for long walks on the beach each day and getting our feet into the ocean
it will be a long time before Lake Michigan is warm enough for that again. The community of Palmetto Dunes is so peaceful and quiet. We had a great time!

Spring Break Trip to HHI

We had a great stay in HHI! The property was better in person than the pictures show (which doesn't happen often). Mike, the property manager was very responsive and checked in on us a few times throughout our stay. The bikes in the garage were definitely a huge bonus as we were able to bike everywhere! We especially loved just relaxing in the back yard fishing from the dock, feeding birds (almost right out of our hands) and swimming! We will definitely be back!!! Wonderful property and hosts!

Spring break 2023

Our group found this home to be in perfect proximity to the beach w a pool and hot tub for our spring break. Bikes were provided that made beach travel easy. Melissa, the owner worked very hard to provide the best experience for us by heating the pool/tub so that everyone could swim and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The property manager Mike checked in w us to ensure that everything was in order. We would love to come back again!

Awesome home!

This house truly has everything you need bikes,pool toys, children’s toys, ping pong table, beach chairs, beach towels, beach cart! Also pack and play and high chair. 3bedrooms, 3baths! The house has all the room you need plus more! Screened porch and outside room was so enjoyable!! Beds are comfortable and all furniture including out door furniture are top quality! Amazing Vacation

Amazing vacation home managed by an even more amazing host. This is by far one of the best experiences I have ever had renting a property. The home is pristine and the pictures don't do it justice. My wife and 2 year old were amazed at the property and we felt like it was a home away from home. We loved how peaceful and quiet the property is and fully enjoyed the pool (when my daughter saw the pool for the first time, she couldn't stop saying "wow"). The house is filled with everything you need for a family from a fully stocked kitchen, to beach towels, to toys/entertainment for all ages. My daughter especially enjoyed playing with the toy kitchen... I want to send an extra thanks to Melissa, the owner, for accommodating us. The day of our original reservation my daughter suffered an injury that would've delayed our trip and prevented her from going in the pool. But Melissa reached out and offered to move our trip so she can enjoy the pool. She made us feel like family and we are so grateful she was able to give us a vacation filled with memories. Thank you!
