Bateaux pontons disponibles Ă  la location si vous le souhaitez.
Pendant l'été, nous louons du jeudi au dimanche (3 nuits minimum) puis du dimanche au jeudi avec une réduction (4 nuits minimum), vous pouvez réserver toutes les combinaisons de ces heures d'arrivée et de départ. Par exemple, s'il est disponible, vous pouvez vous enregistrer le jeudi et rester jusqu'au dimanche suivant si nécessaire. (Ce serait 10 nuits).

Maison de 3 chambres prÚs du lac Léman, du lac Delavan, de la vallée alpine et de Fontana.
AprÚs la réservation, renseignez-vous sur les locations de bateaux pontons que nous proposons.

Nous avons beaucoup de terrain pour jouer à des jeux ou profiter du jeu de sac que nous fournissons. Si vous apportez un bateau, nous avons de la place pour ranger votre remorque. Il y a un port de plaisance dans la rue à cÎté et ils offrent un lancement de bateau qui facilite l'accÚs à notre jetée.

We absolutely loved this cozy cabin just steps from the lake. Very quiet and secluded. We were there right after Xmas till January 1st and enjoyed the local food establishments. Plenty of room, loved the real fireplace!! Beds and furniture super comfy. Will return in summer!

We had a great weekend, the cabin was top notch and it was easy to get to different places. the fishing wasn't great but that wasn't covered in the rental. If I can figure out how to resize a couple of pictures I'll add them. thanks to Vince for a great place

Was told that we should use bottled water for drinking and coffee. Water tasted like fish water. Place had tiny ants everywhere and large spider in bathroom suggesting the need for an exterminator. Soap was size of a half dollar; very disappointed in so called amenities. No paper plates, paper towels or typical kitchen amenities.Musty smell throughout the home. For the price, WAY over charged for our 3 night stay.

Family Wedding

This 3 bedroom home by the lake worked perfectly for our family. We had a family wedding near by. It was wonderful to be near the wedding venue and the lake. The home gave us plenty of room and had many conveniences. My family that stayed elsewhere came over the day before the wedding to unwind by the lake and played yard games in the large grass area on the side of the house. The house has a large deck that we enjoyed as well. Vinnie, his wife and daughter were perfect host! Beds were very comfortable, huge kitchen hangout area. Will stay again

Great spot near the lake!

My friends and I loved staying at Vince's house. It was the perfect spot for us to hangout. We used the kitchen each morning and also the back porch. Thanks so much!

Fun Family Time

This property was perfect for gathering together a family of ten. Plenty of room to spread out for meals with large island, dining room table and 2 large outdoor tables on the back deck. Everyone loved playing corn hole out in the yard. My grandsons were able to fish on a pier right down the street. Vince and his wife were accessible and friendly.

Nice lakeview cabin

The cabin was a nice spot for our low key bachelorette weekend. We rented a pontoon boat with Vince, though I think Delevan Lake is busier than I expected. Nancy helped us get our stuff down to the lake, taught us how to use the boat, and sent us on our way. Nice hosts.

Everything you needed <3

The photos look a bit dark, but it's incredibly homey! Kitchen was perfect with a LONG island with seating for all to be part of the conversation. Only three houses away from pier fishing and lakefront. Internet was a it spotty, but if that was our biggest concern for a LAKE vacation, I still call that a win. Deck large enough again for all to be together. Bags and firepit are always a nice touch. Owners are SUPER friendly and all neighbors we met were kind and friendly. Would definitely recommend! THANK YOU!!!

Such a fabulous location! Lake, restaurants, bars, but still private

Great spot. Very short walk (2 minutes?) down private lane to Delavan Lake. Large open living room, kitchen, and dining area. Great back deck with charming furniture. Large main bedroom with bathroom and king bed. French doors open to dining room. On the other side of the great room you have two more bedrooms. One with a queen bed and one with bunk full beds. Clean. Charming. Fabulous value. Very attentive owners. Excellent fast communication. A+ experience. We’re definitely going again.

Friends Getaway

Nice location but the listing could have mention we need to supply our own ice and bring our own drinking water. The owners were nice and they were available to answer any questions during our stay. The property does need a little tlc but overall it was okay and fit our needs. Convenient location to both Lake Geneva and Lake Como.

Got the job done!

I would highly recommend checking your invoice when you receive it. I did not notice that I was charged $70 extra a night. I picked this property for the size and that it allowed dogs. NOTE: dogs are not allowed on furniture and must be caged when left alone. I am glad I left my dog at home last minute as she does not like to be caged. The space was great. Nice area for the kids to run around. Vince was great at communicating before the trip.

Welcoming!

Vince and Nancy were very welcoming, friendly, and extremely accommodating. The house we stayed in was perfect for our family of six and 2 dogs. We had access to the water via the pier at the end of the road which was a huge plus. Everything was great and we enjoyed our weekend stay!

Amazing Stay!

What an amazing home and location! We stayed a couple of days to see the area prior to booking a week stay for next year and I can say we already booked our stay for 2024. The home was very spacious with a large island for entertaining and cooking. The home was clean as a whistle when we arrived. We had a large deck that was very private to BBQ on and entertained. Vince and Nancy were very attentive to answer any questions we had. They recommended a few restaurants that were amazing. The fire pit was beautiful and private as we sat out in the evening with a fire. The beds were very comfortable and the location was quiet. We walked to the lake which is only about 350 feet or so from the home and enjoyed fishing from the pier. The kitchen had all the tools needed for us to make our breakfast and lunch.( dinners we ate out) It was nice to be on a private drive so we didn't have to worry so much about traffic for our 2 year old to play. We are looking forward to staying next summer and seeing Vince and Nancy again. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I highly recommend this home as a vacation stay. It was much nicer than the pictures. Very impressed!

Wedding Trip

We were in town for a family wedding. The house was amazing and our host went above and beyond. He even brought us firewood for the fire pit outside. It is located just a few houses down from the lake where you can rent pontoon boats . The house was immaculately clean with the softest sheets and towels. Vince really took care of our whole family. It is even better than the pictures. Our entire family had a great time staying there and I would highly recommend renting this house.
