Hi Whitni, Thank you so much for staying in our beautiful condo. Sorry about the hairball on the floor, we could've sent the cleaners to fix that. Our cleaners are hard working, diligent people but this might've gotten away from them. You called to enquire about coming back in July or August. We will be happy to host you again. You surely can't beat these low prices that come with a 2BR/2BA oceanfront condo with beautiful ocean and city views. We also provide free parking and do not charge any resort fees for using various pools and hot tubs etc!!

I’m genuinely surprised and disappointed by this review, especially considering the guest and her family stayed for a full week and used the property without raising any major issues during most of their stay. I take guest satisfaction very seriously and responded promptly to any concerns. After receiving feedback from the guest, my cleaning team took photos showing clean bedding, dishes, and a clear dryer vent. Regardless, I immediately sent maintenance to reinspect the appliances and had the bedding refreshed to ensure the guest felt comfortable and cared for. The guest expressed appreciation at the time, and no further concerns were raised for the remainder of the stay. One particularly upsetting and completely false claim was the mention of blood or similar stains on the mattress pad. Our cleaners confirmed there were no such stains, and the photos taken after the concern was reported support that. Still, we replaced the bedding out of an abundance of caution. The review also contains other inaccuracies. The coffee maker is a standard drip model, as accurately described in the listing. The primary bedroom faces the ocean and is located away from the street, so traffic noise is not an issue. We take pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable space, which is reflected in our many 5-star reviews. It’s unfortunate when the review system is misused against highly rated properties where we work hard to provide excellent service and memorable guest experiences.
