This is a cozy and private basement apartment with its own entrance and patio. Designed for comfort, it features modern amenities, central air, and a peaceful atmosphere—perfect for relaxing after a day in the city.

2 Bedrooms, 2 Full Bathrooms & Private Patio

Two comfortable queen-size beds with spacious closets, perfect for up to 4 guests.
Room-darkening shades, central air conditioning, and heating for a restful stay.
The living room sleeper sofa easily converts into a double bed, accommodating 2 additional guests.

A smart TV and cozy seating area make it easy to unwind.

Fully Equipped Kitchen & Dining Area

Comes with a microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, cookware, and more—everything you need to prepare a meal.
We always keep olive oil, salt, pepper, and coffee filters stocked.

The unit was was as described and very close to bus service to NYC. The host was awesome!. Very responsive and went of their way to accommodate us. Defiantly would stay here again!

Cozy Comfort in a Great Location!

Our family really enjoyed staying here. Our kids loved the space and could really relax after a long day out and about. Location is terrific for local shops, nice places to eat and transportation to the city.

Excellent stay. It feels humid when you arrive, but when you turn on the humidifier, it goes away... it looks exactly like the photos, with its wonderful garden, everything is really comfortable and beautiful, despite being under the access stairs.

We had an amazing time! The apartment was very clean and we felt completely safe and comfortable. It was very easy to get to local restaurants and to the transportation system to NYC. Would definitely stay here next time we come!

This was one of the best homes I've stayed in. It was clean and in a great location. I had a group of 5 girls, but it could easily and comfortably house 6. I had a request and the host granted it without any issue. I would definitely stay here again.

Great spot!

Hoboken is a quiet place to stay with a lot of cute shops and restaurants nearby. Also, the bus is around the corner and drops you at 42nd street within 20 mins. Nice beds, great amenities (appreciated the ear plugs as I am a sensitive sleeper).

Spacious, clean & fully equipped

Stayed 4 nights with our 2 kids during heat of the summer. This place gave us tons of room for everyone, had great beds & pillows, soft towels, a fully equipped kitchen, a great sofa, a fun patio -- all very clean and in a fantastic part of Hoboken. Parked our car at the Midtown garage & everyone there was great as well.

Overall a comfortable stay, this property is very well located and close to many transport options, including the NJ transit bus to Port Authority (midtown NYC). Basement apartment was well presented although access to the front door could be improved as it is not very welcoming. Good amenities and great suggestions for nearby cafes/restaurants and supermarkets.

Location was good, the beds were awesomely comfortable, and had everything we needed. All neighbors we met were so friendly. I don't see how we could have asked for more. My daughter in-law wants to know what the mattresses were so she can get one.
