No unconfirmed, unannounced, guests are allowed on the property for any amount of time. If you book for 2 guests and 3 show up your stay may be terminated immediately without refund or warning while still being charged a fee. This is constantly monitored, each entrance before the apartment door has a camera with motion to identify guests accurately and they record 24/7. The main entry pin pad also has a camera to keep track of this. Communication and payment for extra guests must be made beforehand.

Any guest, family member or person on the property not included in your itinerary and not communicated is trespassing.
Furthermore 3 to 5 minutes inside the apartment will incur you a guest fee automatically which will be 75 percent more then the regular booking extra guest fee as a violation and penalty fee. I will not reach out to warn you or negotiate. If the guest fee is not paid within 15 minutes of sending it to you, your stay will be terminated WITHOUT REFUND. It is your job to reach out to me and take care of any charges due. If I reach out it is a courtesy.
An extra guest fee will be charged even if the extra persons are not staying overnight and just passing through. There are no exception to this strict rule.
Parties and gatherings are not allowed ever and security and local authorities will be sourced to shutdown immediately.
