It was nice cozy little condo right near the strip. It was a perfect place for us to rest during our vacation. Property owner answered all my questions throughout in a very timely fashion.

This condo does not live up to my expectations of a VRBO property. There was mold and discoloration in both restrooms. Furnishings were sparse; two arm chairs placed together to imitate a sofa were the only available seating in the living room. The ‘fully furnished’ kitchen was barely usable for two people. So disappointing and truly disgusting.

Good for Short Stay

The property is clean, convenient and just fine. Furnishing are sparse and dated, but for two bedrooms and two baths, it is a perfect place to hang your hat while staying in Las Vegas and is priced right. We would stay again.

I enjoyed my stay, everything checked out perfectly only thing I had a slight problem with is the master bedroom, the king size bed felt divided in the middle and that was the only thing bothering me… but I’d stay here again

Solid place to hang your hat

This is a nice place to hang your hat for a visit to the city! decently located, solid neighborhood. the place itself is nothing special, but the place was clean and the beds were cozy. Didn't spend a whole lot of time at the place while in town other than to sleep, but for that purpose it worked great. low noise, low light. I'll be looking for this place again next time I'm in town.

Our host was friendly and efficient. The property was spotless and beds were very comfortable. It was close to the strip and other amenities. The Wi-Fi wouldn’t connect and within five minutes our host was there to rectify the issue. I have two recommendations, more pillows for bed as there were only two and also another set of cutlery as we only had three. I would stay at this VRBO again.

Sister's getaway

This was our annual sister's vacation. Booking a location outside of the Vegas Strip was the best decision. The host made it very easy. We had everything we needed. The location was prime. Neighborhood was quiet. And the unit was quite cozy. The perfect little home away from home!!

Jacuzzi not open til June

When booking, we asked if the jacuzzi would be opened. The question was never answeted so we assumed it would be, which was one of the main reasons we chose this lication. We asked again 2 weeks before our trip, and were then informed it woyld not be while we were there. I would have looked for a differenrtlocation. We.we were tjere for a National Championship pool tournament, and seriously needed it to destress. But the answer came tpp late for us to cancel woth a full refund with a refund so we could book elsewhere.

location was just as explained. close to casinos, we felt safe at the property our air b& b was clean except under the beds {lol} could have used a sweeping, plenty of towels for showers, washer dryer worked well, we enjoyed our stay, we did get a parking warning because we backed in but was no big deal, i would stay there again i enjoyed the place _not smelling of cigarette smoke we had plenty of silverware, could have used 1 more skillet. but we made do again i would recommend this place it was nice, i would also suggest they add 1 more chair to sit as only 3 people get a chair and 1 person has to sit on a kitchen chair, we took a comfortable fold lawn chair as i did read some one mention this and there was 4 of us so we took a chair but all in all great place to stay easy to find easy access,

Worst rental we have ever stayed in

Arrived to a very dirty and smelly apartment with no silverware (actually one fork and two spoons). Contacted owner he eventually brought silverware over (after we ate dinner with the limited utensils and fingers). Sheets had holes in them, beds were terrible, uncomfortable and squeaky, bathtub leaked. Bath towels provided were worse than towels we use in our garage. No kitchen hand towels and very minimal provisions. One small ( 20 inch?) tv and broken smelly recliners. I wouldn’t stay here again.

A lot to be desired

The pictures of the living space do not match the actual furniture. There are THREE chairs in the living room. There are four of us. The add shows a couch and a love seat that do not exist. The kitchen is missing glasses and much of the needed things. Every VRBO I've ever stayed at had a full kitchen with everything you need. Very minimal in the kitchen. I'm glad we didn't need to cook anything or really eat there! The beds in both bedrooms are terrible. Ours made all of kinds of squeaking and creaking sounds when you move and are just uncomfortable. Our room was so bright from a light on the building. Blackout curtains are required! At least it was clean, mostly. The kitchen garbage wasn't emptied, it was nearly full when we arrived. We were very disappointed with the living room situation and the beds. This place needs some fixes and it could be a great place. I wish I could get a refund because I feel the add is totally misleading for what is really there.
