Winter Break

Very good choice for our purposes which was a base for the many day trip opportunities in the Las Vegas area. Not really our primary interest but close to the strip and easy access to public parking near New York New York and The Orleans. No matter what your GPS says the entrance is off S Rainbow not Tropicana. The owners were very responsive to the few questions we had.

Felt like home.

We were in town for a baseball tournament and this apartment was perfect for our weekend stay. Communication was great, beds were comfy, and they have everything there that you need to enjoy your stay. I would definitely stay there again.

Just What We Needed

We needed a place near our boys for thanksgiving and this was just what we needed. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the owners were very responsive.

Great stay

Overall great experience. Communication with host (in different state) was excellent via text and phone. Informed host on back end that microwave didn't seem to work. No big deal. The only issue we felt is that the shower heads are just a "detachable wand". Not my favorite but not a deal breaker by any stretch. Overall would highly recommend staying here.

Great place!

This worked out well. My wife and I were able to work from the condo during the week and it worked as a perfect home base for weekend adventures in Joshua Tree and Great Basin.

Felt right at home.

We really appreciated the comfy atmosphere and the convenient location. There were lots of restaurants and plenty of shopping nearby. The Strip isn't too far, but far enough away. We swam almost every day we were there. I loved the cookware they had in the kitchen so much I actually went out and bought the same brand for mmy own home. Joe & Tara were wonderful to communicate with, and I know we will recommend this property to other friends of our heading to Vegas.

The condo was quiet and clean and fully equipped with coffee -tea pot, kitchen utensils, towels and toiletries. Quick access to Las Vegas convention center, strip and shopping.

Nice Condo

We stayed for a week at this condo. It was just a short drive from the strip. The beds were comfortable and the condo was clean. The condo was on the second floor, which was no issue except the temperature of the condo was very warm. It was requested by the owners to not put the thermostat lower than 76 degrees. I think there could have been better communication and instructions regarding the gate code and opener. We enjoyed our stay and was a good place for 2 couples.

My favorite Condo in Vegas

I live in Detroit but own a Pizza Restaurant in Las Vegas and have to travel back and forth often. I was referred to the owners by a client and have been staying at this Condo whenever I go back to Vegas if available. I have stayed in a number of different corporate and Vacation rentals prior to finding this one and I will forever keep coming back provided it's available. The Condo is very luxurious, clean and the location is by far the best I have found for my needs and quick access to the Strip and airport. The owners are always professional and polite.

This condo was very nice, just as pictured. CLEAN, SPACIOUS AND WELL MAINTAINED, very comfortable beds and handy washer and dryer. The owner, Tara, was very helpful and was very accomodating with our needs. The condo was minutes away from the excitement of the strip yet far enought away to walk around the block without people everywhere. Only the main pool and hot tub was open during our stay but, it was very clean and peaceful. I would recommend this condo to anyone.
