For added peace of mind, our first-floor deck features a rolling gate that can be left open to create an expansive feel or closed to ensure the safety of your little ones while you relax and unwind.

Just off the deck under a canopy of pines await two hammocks for you to sway your troubles away. Or, if you're in the mood for some fun, challenge your mates to a game of corn hole or ladder golf. Here you will also find our fire pit area, complete with Adirondack chairs and string lights creating the perfect ambiance for roasting marshmallows and making cherished fireside memories.

Ascend to the second level of Sugarberry Farm and uncover an additional 400 square feet of covered balcony space, beautifully furnished with an oversized swinging daybed and rocking chairs. This tranquil retreat is the perfect sanctuary to catch the sunrise peeking over the pines, enjoy a quiet moment with a book or a nap, or bask in the soothing sounds of an occasional afternoon rainshower.

Our primary suite, nestled on the lower level, boasts a sumptuous king bed adorned with luxury linens. The private bath features dual vanities and a walk-in shower, while modern amenities like a smart TV, reading lights, and a fan ensure your utmost comfort. The addition of a first-floor powder bath ensures the ultimate privacy for our guests in the King suite.

Upstairs, you'll find two charming queen suites, each with stargazing windows, smart TVs, ceiling fans, and high-thread-count cotton linens with a selection of pillows, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. The upstairs bathroom features an oversized shower with a rainfall shower head and easy access to the complimentary laundry machines.
