Maison vue sur la montagne Lago Miguel Alcudia

"Lac Miguel" est une nouvelle maison de vacances dont la vue incroyable sur le lac et les montagnes enchantera ses invités. L'hôtel est situé dans la baie d'Alcudia, à seulement 300 m de la belle plage de sable long d'Alcudia. Cette maison est la combinaison parfaite pour vos vacances.



Dans le jardin près du lac, il y a un barbecue intégré pour des soirées de barbecue en plein air avec une vue spectaculaire sur la nature environnante. Une douche extérieure pour se laver le sable de la plage et 2 chaises longues invitent à se détendre sous le soleil majorquin.



Le lac Miguel est réparti sur deux étages et offre un espace pour 3 personnes. Il dispose de la climatisation dans toutes les chambres. Il est fraîchement meublé, lumineux et accueillant, et vous offre tout le confort.



Le lac Miguel dispose d'un salon-salle à manger au rez-de-chaussée avec TV SAT SMART, une cuisine neuve avec lave-vaisselle et tous les ustensiles et appareils nécessaires, 1 toilette et une terrasse avec vue directe sur le lac et le paysage montagneux. À l'étage supérieur, il y a 2 chambres, l'une avec un lit double et l'autre avec un lit simple, une terrasse avec vue sur le lac et 1 salle de bain avec douche.



Idéal pour les familles avec des enfants, les couples ou les amis pour de magnifiques vacances près du lac et de la mer.

It is a fantastic house with all the comfort

The views over the lake are insane you can sometimes spot flamingos flying in the evening. The owners are friendly and responsive. It is ideal for a small family with kids. We were so happy there, felt like home.

Lovely little villa by the lake

Great apartment, modern with all amenities and very clean

Host was communicative and very flexible when we needed to arrange a time to be shown the alarm system. Really nice location with a terrace overlooking the inlet/lake. Short walk to the beach which was lovely and around 10 mins drive to the old town which is great for exploring. Would definitely recommend

The flat is really nice

Really nice flat in a silent area. The son of the owner did a great job with the introduction and was so friendly! Big compliment for that! The flat itself has everything you need and there are nice restaurants and supermarkets around. We really enjoyed the stay there and might come back another time :)

Lovely clean and well maintained apartment

Close to local amenities yet with a peaceful ambience overlooking the lake and minutes from the beach. (There can be some background music and sounds from the hotel’s across the lake, but didn’t impact on our stay and all quiet during the night). Everything as described, with modern decor and good facilities throughout. We used the barbecue several times and enjoyed our meals alfresco overlooking the water. Hosts were lovely and highly attentive, though only when we needed their help for a wee technical matter - quickly resolved.

Perfect

Lovely property overlooking the lake and only 300m from the beach, was close enough to the nightlife, restaurants and shops to be handy but pleasantly quiet and private. We had and used the barbecue on three nights, loving the relaxed atmosphere and layout of the private garden and eating area with lovely views across the lake. Accommodation was spacious and ideal for our use, with clean modern decor throughout, washing machine for refreshing our clothes and good air-con where it mattered. Our hosts were good at staying in touch and very quick to sort out and resolve an issue with the Air Con - thank you. Loved the property.

Logement conforme à l’annonce. Propre et bien équipé.

Le logement est sécurisé et il y a un parking privé. Le spatio est agréable bien que nous entendons la musique du club en face mais celle ci est raisonnable et coupée après minuit, nous ne l’entendons pratiquement pas une fois à l’intérieur. Hôte accueillant et disponible. Emplacement idéale, proche de la plage et des commerces. Nous recommandons ce logement pour séjourner sur l’île.

Superbe location très bien placée sur l'île et avec une vue magnifique sur le lac et la montagne derrière celui-ci. Les photos sur le site sont conformes à la réalité. Accès à la plage en 5 min à pied (environ 300 m). Villa très propre lors de notre arrivée. Situation privilégiée (proche de Formentor plage et cap et cap des pinar). A recommander sans hésitation. Tolle Lage!

Wir können es weiterempfehlen, der Sohn des Vermieters Joan hat alles super erklärt und uns Tipps gegeben, sehr sauberes Haus mit allem, was man braucht! Alles in erreichbarer Nähe, Geschäfte, Lokale am Hafen, die auch im Winter auf hatten. Und man ist sofort am Strand! Das Haus war modern eingerichtet und es war sehr ruhig.

Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt! Würden wir uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön ausgestattet und für uns sehr praktisch gelegen, da Freunde von uns in der Nähe gewohnt haben. Der Strand war einfach und schnell erreichbar, ein Parkplatz ist direkt am Haus vorhanden und der Blick auf die Lagune im Abendrot schon sehr besonders. Ebenso wie die Tatsache, beim Duschen aufs Wasser schauen zu können. :-) Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett. Er kam extra vorbei, um uns die Alarmanlage zu erklären.
