Zion Home Away From Home

This Cape Cod-style home was built many years ago, on the half-acre parcel, at the east corner of Main Street and Hirschi Lane, 4 miles from the west entrance to Zion National Park. It was quite small and later was added on to. It now stands at 4200 sq. ft., 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and a kitchen plus owners quarters. The look is modern, bright and colorful.

As minimalists, we have provided just enough to ensure your comfort, in the nicest ways. You will find the home more than comfortable, with all needs met beyond expectation. The bedding is luxurious. The towels are large and fluffy. Bath products, loofa, and hair dryers are all in place for you. We encourage you to crawl out of your new bed after a restful evening and enjoy breakfast in the cozy robes that are provided for your stay

Heller House is just 4 miles from the entrance to Zion National Park, in the quaint and quiet town of Rockville. From Rockville on the way to Zion, guests will pass through the town of Springdale, which has shops, markets & restaurants, for all of your travel needs.

We had a job that took us out of town to Rockville for a few days and this was the perfect place for our guys too relax at the end of the day. Everybody was comfortable and enjoyed the fire pit at night.

Zion Family Vacation

This vacation home was amazing! The location was great, very near the Zion park entrance. The home was lovely! Very roomy, with small gathering spaces for us to get together, yet plenty of room to get away as well. The home had condiments for us to use, and even a baked egg spinach dish for my family to enjoy. My husband commented it was the best VRBO we've ever rented. Highly recommend!

Perfect for visiting Zion

My family of 7, ages ranging from 5 to 74, made a tour of the Utah Mighty Five and stayed here for a few nights while exploring Zion. The house was perfect! Lots of space for everyone, and the front porch was great for morning coffee. Our hostess was so sweet and left us plenty of breakfast and snack items. And the house is minutes away from Springdale restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Roomy Home in Great Location

Heller House absolutely served our needs. We had multiple families. The bedroom and bathroom situation allowed the families to have privacy, while 2 living and dining areas allowed for fun family interaction. We were also impressed with the amount of plates and glasses. It allowed us to eat in and have other family members over for meals. The owner was extremely accommodating. She left a lot of good food, including a spinach frittata, in the refrigerator. The furniture and artwork were beautiful. We didn't need to do anything extraordinary to leave. This was a very comfortable, roomy, beautiful house!

Hidden Gem!

We have travelled all over the world and I can honestly say that this is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed! Lezlie was a wonderful host! Great communication, and she left us some amazing breakfast items in the fridge! We were not expecting that and it was a wonderful treat! The house is tastefully decorated and has a great set up with two living and dining areas (one with a gas fireplace), a lovely front porch with a view of the mountains, a fully equipped kitchen, and laundry. There was even a lovely gazebo with outdoor dining and a fire pit outside. This is a perfect home for a large family or group as there is a ton of space to spread out and everyone can have their own bedrooms and bathrooms. We had everything we could possibly need and more! It’s just minutes away from Springdale and the Zion Gate. Perfect location away from the crowds. Highly recommend this hidden gem!

Owner cancelled on us 4 hours before we were to check in

First off, I booked this in Dec of 22 for our stay in September of 23. I had messaged with her & spoke to her no less than 6 times. I have the texts & screenshots to prove it. I got a text and voicemail 4 hours prior to check in saying it was double booked. Offered us 2 bedrooms and her apartment, but there’s 4 couples, so basically useless. Refunded, but where do you find a house for 4 couples, at the time you were getting ready to check in, anywhere close to Zion? Had to find somewhere over 30 min further. Refused any compensation, just basically sorry about ya. So, I would never recommend this property/owner to anyone—good luck if you book with her.

Awesome Time With Family

We loved the house and location. Everything was great. Lots of room- great having the extra supplies and breakfast made and supplied was a great bonus. November great time to go with less people. It is cooler weather, but we were in vehicle or hiking which made it perfect weather. Kitchen is little small but everything worked out awesome.

Great find!

This house was absolutely perfect for our trip to Zion! Location was great, just a few mins outside of Springdale. The outdoor space was fantastic! We would come home from hiking and play corn hole and eat dinner under the gazebo! Lezlie has thought of everything. We had 4 couples and each room was a great size, comfortable bed, and super clean. I can’t recommend this house enough!

The communication with Lezlie was clear and concise. The property was spacious, clean, and well stocked with all the basics and more. If you have a big group, this is a nice convenient location for Zion. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Lezlie and Bronx will welcome you and make sure your stay is the best possible. Quiet Sanctuary

Heller House Inn exceeded all of our expectations from the moment we walked in the door. The house was clean, the bedrooms were comfortable and private, and the bathrooms were well appointed. No details were spared. Leslie was an amazing host. She was responsive and left home made frittata and apple oatmeal, both of which were amazing. It was a great place to return to after a day of hiking in Zion.

A Rare Gem!!

First of all, I'm a VERY PICKY traveler, and the Heller House exceeded my very high expectations! Our stay was nothing less than FABULOUS!!! Everything was perfect--cleanliness, decor, bedding, linens, location, communication with the owner, check-in and check-out process. A 5-STAR experience in every way!! A few extras really set this home apart from other VRBO's -- robes in each bedroom, extremely well-stocked pantry and refrigerator, luxurious bedding and linens, and a very hospitable owner. Lezlie (the owner) gave us a few recommendations for restaurants that were amazing!! King's Landing Bistro and Balcony One were two exceptional dining experiences!! Those were the 2 best meals of our entire 10-day vacation. I highly recommend the Heller House and hope to return again sometime.

Amazing stay right outside Zion

We were 5 friends visiting the Zion area and needing a tranquil hideaway. Lezlie’s place was perfect. It’s very spacious with great indoor and outdoor common areas. Super fast WiFi and great location about 10 minutes outside the entrance to Zion. Lezlie was also very helpful and responsive.
