Birch St- Luxury on the Lake

Start your morning with a cup of coffee from the screened porch. Spend the long summer days kayaking and swimming off the dock. End the days with epic sunsets, camp fires, and listening to the calls of the loons. All the experiences of camp but with all the comforts of home.

Gourmet kitchen and cozy living room with fireplace on the main floor. There is a beautiful screened porch overlooking the lake off the living room.
Adjacent to the porch is a TV den that also features a queen size murphy bed.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a full bath. The master10 bedroom features a screened porch as well as a full bath.
The house is feet from the shore. A paver patio leads from the porch to the custom built fireplace and then on to the stairs and down to the dock.
The dock is great for swimming from, or just sitting out and taking in the all the sights and sounds of the lake.

Loved the views of the pond. Kids loved walking out on the frozen pond to the island. This house worked great for our family of 5 to go skiing at Sunday River. Kitchen had everything we needed. Thanks so much! Great fireplace!!

Family Getaway

Everything was amazing- the house, the outdoor space, the pond! Mornings were spent on the spacious dock, afternoons kayaking, and evenings by the fire pit. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Second year staying. Absolutely perfect week on lake. This house has everything you need to enjoy a nice lake experience. Quiet and serene. The kitchen has everything you need. An hour drive from Santa’s Village broke up the week for younger kids. Owners are very responsive and helpful. Another great year on Bryant Pond.

Wonderful home! We had everything we needed to prepare meals for our family of 8. Comfortable beds, great sitting area with firepit overlooking the lake. Large side yard that was great for outdoor games. Only downside were the spiders in the kayaks. We only were able to enjoy them a few times. But the paddle boards were great.

Wonderful Experience

This property had everything and more. We enjoyed our time in the house, on the pier, and in the lake. From board games to air hockey, and water fun it had everything we could have asked for. It was extremely clean and our communication with the property manager before the trip was seamless.

Birch is best

Extremely nice house inside and out. Everything immaculate.Grandchildren enjoyed the kayaks. Wood was delivered to house and we made fire in fireplace and firepit. Finishing off basement would be icing on the cake. We would stay again

Amazing

Can’t say enough about this property. Long time travelers of the area. This property had everything a young family of 5 needed. (Ages 9,8,&2). Kids loved every minute and the house was so cozy and up to date. It had the comforts of home with a relaxing pace of lake life. my kids spent every minute they could swimming in the lake trying to catch fish. 1 hour drive to Santa’s Village which is a hit with the kids. The owners were very receptive and checked in several times and responded with a few questions very quickly. Highly recommend this property. We look forward to booking again.

Well equipped home.

The house was in a great location, with a great view to the briant pond. The fire pit is great if ypu want to gather with family and friends on the evening. There is also a volleyball net on the side with enough space to play. The inside has everything you can think of, starting of in the kitchen. Condiments, a lot of cabinets with cups and plates, cooking pans, trash bags, every utensils for baking and wine glasses if you bring your own whine. Laundry, and nice living room with a chimney. Although it was a little dusty but that did not take away how beautiful the house is in tbe inside. The bedrooms are big enough but the master room is top notch. You even forget that you are doing the dishes be abuse of the view is so relaxing, it's very quiet and you have alot of privacy. There is a train rail on the other side of the street so just be aware of it in the night. The ACs work like a charm. Make sure you check the garage for extra fun activities you would like to perform with the family. The trash goes in the black buckets in the garage. Communication with Mr. Kirk was easy and he was very helpful when it comes to answering a question you may have. My family and friends are happy we choose this house. We recommend it for those that want to spent some fun and quiet time with all the modern necessities.

God's wonderful beauty.

A truly great place to see and enjoy the glorious beauty that God created in Maine. The house was very comfortable and had great views of the lake and surrounding mountains. It was very peaceful and the dock was a great place to sit and enjoy the lake.

A perfect holiday with lake access

It was awesome from the moment we arrived. The lake view was an ‘awww’. House was nice, clean and cozy and had everything we needed for our 3 family friends. We really had a great time staying.I usually avoid writing reviews but this one was so special that i couldn’t resist. Would look to book again in summer.

The perfect family get away

If your looking for a place to disconnect and reconnect with your family look no further. The house was beautiful and roomy. The beds were super comfortable. This is the first house that we rented that I didn’t need to bring anything extra. It’s fully equipped. The lake is picture perfect. There is everything you need here to have a great time on the lake. We can’t wait to visit again!

Authentic Maine Lake Vacation

A wonderful spot for our family vacation (7 adults and one 3 year old). The kitchen had most everything you could need. We didn't all fit around the dining table but made it work. We made full use of all the lake toys (Rubber Dockey, Paddle Boards, Kayaks). We swam from morning to night (including swims to the island) and the water was cool and clear. We used the fire pit for s'mores as well. The individual bedroom ACs were great as we could enjoy the call of the loons, while our very pregnant daughter-in-law could enjoy a cool night's sleep.

Maine Lake Retreat

This property was everything as advertised! The house was clean and uncluttered. The kitchen had everything we needed. We had coffee outside every morning on the master bedroom screened in deck. The access to the lake was amazing. We kayaked, boated and paddle boarded everyday. The lake was refreshing and clean! We look forward to another trip there soon!

Relaxing Time

We had such a relaxing time here! The house was very clean and spacious! The kitchen was well-stocked. We had good communication from the property manager. If we're ever back in the area, we'd love to stay here again!

Unreal views & beautiful home!

We absolutely loved our stay at Birch Street. The house is amazing, beds are comfortable but the views… you cannot get a better sunset than the one from their dock or up at the fireplace. 10 out of 10 would book this house again!

The home is new and is equipped with everything. We stayed in the off season, and still embraced the relaxing environment! Upper porch view is the best spot in the house :)

Great R&R!

Beautiful home in a beautiful location! The house was well equipped (cookware, sheets, towels, wood for fire, etc). We kayaked one cold windy day then ventured into Bethel, Conway and Portland. But we mostly enjoyed the relaxation and beautiful scenery. Kirk was easy to reach and communicate with! We hope to stay here again!

Wonderful escape

Beautiful newly built home on the water was a perfect place to unwind and recharge for extra long weekend. Rate is spot on. Kitchen is more than well stocked, plenty of space to hang out beds were very comfy. Property manager responds in minutes and was so accommodating. Very quiet place. Will be back!
