Cette maison de 5 chambres a été construit en 2000. L'intérieur est propre, spacieuse et confortable. La cuisine est très grande avec 2 tables et un bar pouvant accueillir 4 personnes.

Il ya 36 acres de terrain à errer, avec 3200 pieds de façade de l'eau. Il ya la végétation (arbres et de buissons de bleuets) jusqu'au bord de l'eau, avec une belle zone du quai. Vous devez traverser la rue pour vous rendre au quai. Derrière la maison, il ya quelques pistes escarpées et des chemins forestiers à errer sur. Les chemins forestiers ayant été utilisés pour la dernière fois au cours de l'hiver 2015, il devrait donc y avoir des pistes de raquette et de pistes de ski de fond assez ouvertes sur la propriété. Le White Mountain National Forest est juste au sud.

This was a beautiful home, stock full of everything you need on your vacation. The outdoor area was very nice to sit, have a fire and relax in the hot tub. The only problem we had was the house was full of flying ants and carpenter ants.

We loved our stay at Jim‘s Ski house. It was a very cold weekend in January, but the house was nice and warm. Plus we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. My girlfriend said it had a very homey feel :-)

We had a wonderful experience staying here for a ski weekend. Hot tub was a nice end to the day. The house was clean, spacious and kitchen was well stocked for any meal prep. We are hoping to come back next season! Great place!

Plenty of room with bedrooms as advertised. Huge dining table able to fit our big group. Two fridges and nice appliances. Lots of parking out front. Responsive with maintenance. Had a hot water issue when we first arrived, but owner took care of it right away. Someone came and cleaned the hot tub and the front walk in the middle of our stay. The building has two units, with this rental being everything to the right side of the entrance door in the middle.

Jim was a great host and very friendly. From the beginning he communicated well and ensured we got in the house. The house was great with no issues and had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner. When we did need something Jim was only a call away and was very prompt to our needs. The house location was great. Very spacious and beds were great. Quick drive to Sunday River. The hot tub was a plus, especially after days on the mountain. I would rent this house again!

This house was great for our family of 7 adults, 2 Children & Dog, with plenty of extra space. Kitchen was very spacious, table sat all of us with ample room. They have a big fire pit & Hot Tub that we used every night & a large dock that we fished off. (Fishing was great)! Would def rent again!

One of my favorite stays. The house is perfect for a lot of people and there is so much to do at the house! The pond and hot tub were two of the best perks. Definitely recommend.

A Great Maine Getaway

We booked this property to have a getaway weekend with friends. There was plenty of beds and space! Everything inside was clean and comfortable. Stayed here for a long weekend at Sunday River. House was great, close to everything, bedrooms are larger than photos make it seem, tons of room for all of us and our ski gear. Great communication as well. Would def come back!

Excellent cozy stay for a ski weekend

This was a great find at Sunday River to enjoy a ski weekend with friends. All the basics and then some are provided and the short drive to Sunday River was a big plus. Excellent host, friendly and responsive.

Amazing place

Had a bachelor party for my friend and 10 others and this property was perfect. Clean, well stocked, and a 15 second walk from a great spot on the pond. The hot tub was always in top shape and was great for relaxing after a day in the pond. Would stay again if I’m ever in the area.

Ski weekend

This place was great for our big ski group. There were plenty of beds for our whole crew and great hang out areas in the kitchen and living room. The hot tub was perfect after a long day on the slopes. Will definitely come back again next year!

Awesome Spot for Big Group

We had a bachelor party and the location and house could not have been more perfect. Plenty of beds (slept 13 guys very comfortably), the pond was right across the street and there was plenty of room to grill and hang out outside. Couldn’t recommend this place anymore!

Bachelorette party

It was for a bachelorette party so the property fit nicely into our budget. House is super clean and a lot more spacious than the pictures show. Everyone loved the hot tub and the pond.

Great Location

The Pond is clean and refreshing. The House is in a great central location to visit many places in Maine. I wish we had 2 weeks as we didn't make it to the Coast this time. We'll have to go back.

I appreciate sharing moments with family and friends together, playing cards, or swimming in the lake... hiking, or skiing. Sitting around a firepit under the stars... The Bethel community is full of great people, places, restaurants, and recreation. That is why I visit Bethel... and why you should too!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

I bought this abandoned summer farmhouse in 1995 because of my love for skiing, and my desire to have both a ski house, and a lake house. No doubt, I had no idea what a labor of love I was getting into! Ask me about the day I tried to jack up the old farmhouse in order to pour a foundation underneath it... I'll fill you in on how this house, built in the year 2000, came into being!
