This area is truly a great find very nice people very private residential area WITH families and we will expect you to drive and have fun accordingly if you can’t please keep looking.

Private cozy mountain top cabin minutes to the lake, marina, and battle run for swimming or a 10 or 15 minute walk to the lake you can park near access to lake and walk just 1300ft to water Summersville has some monster catfish!!
All brand new inside one king bed one queen bed one bathroom has log fireplace all new appliances all pots pan and expected kitchen items including Keurig.
All linens towels and washcloths provided.
Washer and dryer.
Outside has nice deck patio table gas grill outdoor space for hanging out including mini fridge and stereo with Bluetooth.
Fire pit with wood provided
Beautiful setting completely private tree house feel.
Perfect for romantic getaway small family guest count limited to 4.

Sorry but no pets.

There is no providers for traditional tv however there is internet and Netflix is provided or you can login to your preferred streaming service.

If your planning to bring a boat please ask about off site parking this house is on a dead end road.

This is residential area with children I expect you to drive like YOUR kids play here.

Please note the winter months in WV can be unpredictable an all wheel or 4 wheel drive is a must if there is snow on the ground.
