This fully equipped, family-friendly second-floor home has 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths, with beautiful views of the ocean and boardwalk. This location of 860 7th Street, Unit B is perfect for easy beach access and close to all of the boardwalk attractions, including Gillians Wonderland Pier, Castaway Cove, Ocean City Waterpark, Music Pier and all the shops and restaurants. There is a private elevator and a 1 car attached garage. The unit also has a washer and dryer. Huge living areas and a wrap-around deck provide plenty of space to relax and play. Enjoy meal prep in the gourmet kitchen with granite and stainless appliances. Our home features a large dining area, in addition to a granite island with bar-stools. With zero steps into the private elevator, unloading suitcases and groceries couldn't be easier. Park your car for the week and walk to everything. A few short blocks to Asbury Street's amazing shops and restaurants!

The house was great and Tim, the owner, could not have been kinder or more accommodating. We rented in the winter after a storm and the drive was fully plowed when we got there. I’d absolutely recommend!

Wonderful vacation

Short walk to beach and boardwalk. House was spacious, neat and clean with a lot of amenities. Wrap around porch was a very relaxing go to spot. On street parking was available on the tree lined street. It was a great vacation.

Beautiful condo, perfect location!

This condo had the perfect amount of space for our large group. The location was great and having the garage and elevator was a huge help! The kitchen was very well stocked, and we enjoyed several meals on the large covered porch. We loved our stay in Ocean City and are already booked for next year!

This was our 3rd year to stay at this wonderful condo that fits our family of 11 with ages from 1 to 87. We’re already booked for next year. The condo is located real close to the boardwalk and beach. The garage and elevator is a bonus!

Relaxing Retreat

What a beautiful home! It is exactly as described/pictured and was the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. It was very spacious, comfortable and check in/check out was very easy. The location can’t be beat - right next to the boardwalk, which was great with a young child and grandparents. We loved our 4-day stay and would highly recommend this rental to anyone! I would definitely rent again.

Everything Perfect!

Our family of 12 (ages 3 to 66) thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful property during our stay in OCNJ. Everything was as promised, and the elevator was a great help. We experienced great communication with the owners, and highly recommend this clean, spacious rental. With just a brief walk to the boardwalk, we couldn't have been more pleased with the location. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home

We rented for my daughter's wedding the weekend of NYE. So not only was the home beautiful and very clean, the location is fantastic! Saw the fireworks on First Night from the deck! Can't say enough great things about our stay! Thank you Tim, awesome house!

Best Place Ever! A+++

We’ve been coming to this wonderful for several years and can’t think of going anywhere else for our family vacation at Ocean City. The place works well for our family, which includes four young granddaughters who love having the large area to play. The location to the boardwalk and beach is a short walk making it easy to haul our stuff and having a garage and a private elevator is super convenient. The place is very clean and Tim is a pleasure to work with as he’s very responsive to our needs.

We loved this property. The open plan living room/kitchen/dining room are perfect for cooking, entertaining and relaxing. The property is new, spotless and beautifully decorated. Everything worked perfectly and we had no issues at all. Right near the beach and boardwalk for an easy walk, with a great view of the ocean from the deck. The owner had everything ready for us, and was great about keeping in touch and making sure we were comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Spacious, comfortable rental property

Our stay could not have been more perfect. Our daughter was getting married at a local venue and this property offered everything and more. Tim and Andrea responded quickly to our questions and were most accommodating. The house was clean, furnished beautifully and very spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. Even though we rented in December, we were able to enjoy a quick stroll on the boardwalk, only one block away.

Amazing property! Amazing view! Amazing location !

We decided as a family this year to spend New Years down on the beach . We searched on VRBO for 2 weeks to find a property and finally came upon this one because we saw how nice the pictures " looked" Well it was everything the pictures showed plus more . 1. Plenty of parking 2. Very clean 3. Very Spacious 4. AMAZING location, the. boardwalk is right there , shops right there , yummy restaurants right there! When it says it sleeps 13 comfortably, it really means it!!!! I recommend this property 1000 times , I know for a fact we will be back !!!!

Family reunion

We had a wonderful stay at this rental. The home was comfortable for our combined group. Check in was very easy and the home was spotlessly clean. The location was perfect for our group, just steps to the beach and boardwalk and a short walk to all the shops and restaurants on Asbury Ave.

Family beach trip

Perfect pick for a family trip to celebrate a milestone birthday. Lots of space for grandparents, parents and grandkids. Super clean , close to the beach, boardwalk and shopping.

Hello! We are so excited to be owners in beautiful Ocean City, New Jersey, and are so happy to be able to share our home with you.
Andrea grew up in East Norriton, Pa. and spent her summers "going down the shore". It was only natural that our three (now grown) children grew up doing the same. Tim, who grew up in Minnesota, was easily swayed to give up his love of lakes for life at the beach.
Owning a home at the Jersey Shore has been a lifelong dream, come true. For the past 30 years, we have vacationed here, renting a weekly beach house with Andrea's brothers and their families. We are so thankful for the time we spent together and cherish all the memories we have created.
We hope to be able to, help, do the same for you. May your stay in Ocean City be filled with happy times and lasting memories!
