The ONLY reason for the 3 stars was the location and the layout of the condo.The location of the property is amazing. The layout of the property was also great. The cleanliness was lacking. The carpet is old and stained, huge black stains through out, on a tan frieze carpet. There was mold in the master bathroom sink and the guest bathroom shower. Hardwater deposits almost entirely covered the kitchen sprayer and the faucet edges in both bathrooms. It needs a thorough cleaning and the carpet replaced. It would then be perfect.

Thanksgiving getaway

Condo was very nice and nicely decorated. Not too far off the strip but just far enough away to enjoy the quiet views of the lake. The only thing I wasn't use to was the check-in process. I'm use to getting the door code via vrbo, but you have to go to the clubhouse to check in. They offer you opportunities to buy show tickes at check in, so if you're in need of that, you'll be able to do so at that time.

Crutches & college

My daughter, who attends CofO, had an emergency surgery on her leg. We stayed at the condo because it isn't too far from the college, we needed to eat cheap (has a nice kitchen) & it had plenty of room with an elevator. It is a nice condo!
