The biggest draws of our condo are the central location to all Branson has to offer, the peacefulness of the neighborhood, and of course, our AMAZING view from the screened-in large patio.

Our modern retreat, located just minutes from the 76 Entertainment district, Silver Dollar City, and the best restaurants and shopping in Branson. Fishing, playgrounds, boat rentals, and more in our condo community.

We purchased this unit for vacation rentals based upon it's excellent location. Central to most of Branson's most popular attractions. Yet, it offers a quiet retreat for a relaxing evening after a busy day exploring.

Save money on your vacation by visiting the nearby grocery store and using our fully equipped kitchen and new appliances. Create a home-cooked meal while still participating with your family thanks to our open concept layout. Enjoy your meal at the dining room table, or take it outside to the patio table. Enjoy the crisp Ozark Mountain mornings in this peaceful outdoor setting as well with a cup of complimentary coffee from the kitchen.

After a long day exploring Branson, kick up your feet and watch one of your favorite streaming service on the flat-screen smart televisions from the comfortable in the living room or bedrooms. You will also find directions to access our free wireless internet to discover other fun-filled adventures awaiting you in the Branson area.

Getting cleaned up has never been so easy with our large shower, plush towels and washcloths. We also include a fold-out sofa bed that can be used to accommodate two more guests. Our full-sized washer and dryer is an added convenience for the active family.

This modern, immaculately decorated condo has all you need to make your stay a happy one.

Our family has a daily television show highlighting the best Branson has to offer. We will gladly offer our suggestions and help you plan the perfect vacation.

Condo with a beautiful view of the Lake

The Condo was just as advertised. It was clean ,very cozy, the view of the lake from the covered Sun porch was amazing. It was located near so many great attractions. My family and I will definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway!!

My husband, son and I visited here for my 50th Birthday! This condo was amazing!!! Super clean and had everything we needed for a short family getaway!!! The view from the screened in porch was awesome! We got to watch ducks and geese daily!! Very quiet neighborhood! Overall we all were very happy with our stay here and our trip to Branson!

We loved our stay here! Though not particularly modern in style, it felt soo clean and fresh. I could take my shoes off and walk around barefoot without cringing. The patio was lovely for a morning coffee. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Nice place, good location, nice and clean, only complaint is the sun room is so hot in the summer you can't use it and its hard to cool the condo down because the heat comes though but thats not anyone fault.

The amount of space was perfect for my husband, myself, and our teenaged daughter. The condo was very clean and felt safe. The check in and check out process were easy. The beds were pretty comfortable. The only negative is that there was an odor that took some getting used to. My family didn't say anything about, so maybe my nose was just sensitive. But to me, It made it feel not as clean as it actually was. Overall, the accommodations were great.

Nice and quiet

The condo was spotless. It had some minor quirks but I notified the owner by email. I must say I was very pleased with how quiet it was there. The porch was a bit hot so we could only use it in the morning and evening but the view was very nice. Overall, it was a very nice visit and we weren't disappointed.

Comfy Home Away From Home

We had a blast in our first trip to Branson. The location was exactly like the pictures showed. Beds were super comfy. Our kids actually slept in which something they never do! I didn’t know we were going to have a downstairs neighbor and with having kids I was always super cautious about how much noise my kids were making and was afraid they were being too loud. We never got any complaints but that doesn’t mean there won’t be any. I wish we would have had access to a broom so we could have cleaned up better. Overall it was a great stay.

Master bathroom needed help!

The master bathroom shower drain was clogged to the point where you were standing in 4-5 inches of water by the time you were finished. Also, the master bathroom toilet took 5+ minutes to refill after flushing.

THERE WAS NO WAY TO TAKE A SHOWER BECAUSE THERE WAS NO SPIGOT TO PULL UP FOR THE SHOWER TO COME ON. JUST A REGULAR FAUCET IN THE BATHTUB/SHOWER COMBO. SO MY FAMILY WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT WE COULDN'T SHOWER AND HAD TO TAKE A BATH. THE PROPERTY MANAGER SHOULD BE MADE AWARE OF IT

Christmas Treat !!!!

12/16/22 My husband and I wanted to do a quick getaway with our girls for the Christmas holidays!! We found this place, it was perfect for us!! Very easy to find !! Everything was so nice and cozy!! The cookies were a sweet surprise!! The view from the enclosed porch was a delight!!! We enjoyed watching the ducks and geese swimming in the pond !!! And the parking was perfect!!! All in all it was a 10!!! We will definitely consider coming back here!!!

50th bday getaway

We walked into a dirty condo. The place had not been cleaned at all, which was disappointing after traveling and wanting to rest, but I called the property manager and she came right over and cleaned the entire condo. She bought new pillows for the beds. Condo looked a lot better after she was done, however she did tell me she would wave the cleaning fee, but that has not happened. We did enjoy the patio and the beautiful scenery.

You may have seen me on The Vacation Channel, hosting Kids Connection TV, heard me on Branson Talk interviewing hundreds of Branson entertainers and public figures, as the face of All Things Branson online, or performing on The Showboat Branson Belle for the last 12 years. For years, my family has hosted television shows highlighting all that Branson has to offer. We have reviewed hundreds of local shows, restaurants, attractions, and stores. We know what visitors like. Predictably, we are often asked about lodging recommendations. We finally decided to enter the vacation rental market, to provide the best possible experience for our fans and followers.

As seasoned travelers, we know how important safe, clean, and comfortable accommodations are to the perfect vacation. We decided to offer the type of vacation rentals we look for when traveling. We do NOT offer low-end lodging. We want to help create the perfect vacation for your family so we can work together year after year. We are looking to develop long-term relationships and to be known for our attention to detail and creating vacations worth repeating.
