Dancing Horse Lodge is located on Horse Farm in the heart of the beautiful Berkshire Mountains with plenty of room for family and friends or just a quiet weekend retreat. Dancing Horse Lodge is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath ranch style house with a large eat in kitchen and living room. It is surrounded by many hiking trails and right next to Bosquet ski area and Berkshire West Athletic Club. It is conveniently located close to many of the best restaurants in the area and cultural venues including Tanglewood and Barrington Stage Company. The gas-wood stove in the living room is wonderful after a cool day of outdoor activity.

Perfect getaway

We loved the property so much, it was the perfect location close to everything in the Berkshires and just staying on the property and relaxing was lovely as well. The horses were so fun to watch and our pups felt right at home. We will most defiantly stay here again!

Quiet and comfortable

We traveled to the Berkshires to visit with friends who recently moved there. This was a great spot to stay and it is pet friendly. Very convenient to lots of wonderful little towns, parks and awesome trails. 😊

Feels like home in a lovely, convenient location

This was our second stay at Dancing Horse Lodge and it is starting to feel like our home away from home. The Berkshires can be crowded during the summer, but Dancing Horse Lodge is private and quiet. At the same time, it has great access to anywhere you want to visit in the area. The host respects guests' privacy but is easy to reach when needed. We plan to stay here again.

What a beautiful spot.

Although this property is near the airport it was so quiet. Paul was gracious enough to introduce us to the horses and we had a lovely conversation. I would highly recommend this property for anyone.

A peaceful retreat

My daughters and I really enjoyed our stay at Dancing Horse Lodge and would love to stay again! It's a great location - close to great stores and restaurants, so even though it rained for most of our stay there was plenty to still do. And then our time on property was relaxing and had everything we needed! Definitely enjoyed the gas fireplace, and our accommodations were very comfortable! Hoping to book another trip here late summer/early Fall.

Great location

This is a great little house in Pittsfield. Location was perfect for us, as it's just a couple of miles from our son's apartment. It's a beautiful farm, tucked away on a back road. It seems "rural" when you're at the house, but it's actually right near everything you could possibly need. The owners were great with communication and very accommodating. We hope to be back, and it's great to know that the house has enough room for our other kids to join if they want to.

This was a abeaurtiiful setting, which was rustic but had all the we wanted for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It was a short drive from Tanglewood and Lenox by car. The owner was very helpful to us. One of us was in a wheelchair and though not technically accessible it was on a single floor and easy to navigate.

Comfortable place in a great location

This was our third time staying at the Dancing Horse Lodge and we always have a great time. The location is perfect for exploring the area, with proximity to shopping, natural areas, and cultural offerings while feeling away from it all, with a homey feel. The kitchen has everything you might need and the living room and beds are comfortable. My one request would be to have screens in the windows in the large bedroom off the kitchen so it would be possible to sleep with the window open. The other bedrooms do have screens and there are air conditioners that keep the place cool in summer.

The property was pretty much as described however there were no horses at the property, the shower curtain had mold on it, there was a load of laundry left in the dryer that was wet and started to smell so we had to wash it and then dry it. Overall location was ok.

Comfortable stay with great location

I stayed at the Dancing Horse Lodge for 2 nights with my sister and our friend. We had a very pleasant stay. The hosts were very responsive and we had everything we needed. The place is a bit funky in its layout but very functional and comfortable. Watching the horses out the window was delightful, and we were excited to see a bear cub by the road one morning! Besides the beauty of the location, it is very close to anything you might need in Pittsfield or Lenox. We attended a concert at Tanglewood and it was a breeze coming and going from this location. We'll definitely stay here again.
