Une maison historique bien entretenue avec un emplacement imbattable! Les clients se concentrent sur notre emplacement, Ă  quelques minutes Ă  pied de bons restaurants, de la vie sociale du soir et des boulangeries du petit dĂ©jeuner! Le Elliott Guest House est une maison entiĂšrement restaurĂ©e construite en 1916. Les draps fins (feuilles italiennes), l'art rĂ©gional, et une cuisine entiĂšrement meublĂ©e honorent la maison. Le Elliott Guest House se distingue comme l'une des premiĂšres maisons de vacances de la rĂ©gion. Il est un lieu de choix pour les pĂȘcheurs Ă  la mouche de rester. Nous aimons accueillir nos invitĂ©s. Ceci est notre seule maison que nous gĂ©rons, de sorte que votre sĂ©jour ne se sentent pas comme un voyage d'entreprise ou lointain expĂ©rience de sociĂ©tĂ© de gestion.

Nous sommes votre premiĂšre week-end Ă  l'automne et l'hiver.

Notre maison est idéale à distance de marche des commerces, des restaurants, et le théùtre en direct. Poisson ou visiter la ville pendant la journée (à moins de 15 minutes en voiture) et revenir à la maison à une maison de charme à proximité de restaurants et de vivre le théùtre à la fin de la journée.

Depuis 100 ans, nous avons eu le plaisir d'accueillir les femmes enceintes, les vacanciers, les familles Ă©largies de la zone Livingston-Gardiner-Bozeman, et oui, mĂȘme les acteurs de 'A River Runs Through It »et le« Horse Whisperer ". Si seulement nos murs pouvaient parler et partager avec vous toutes les allĂ©es et venues de The Elliott House!

La maison est trÚs propre, et le propriétaire est trÚs attentif aux détails. Il y a trois chambres à coucher et une salle de bain qui dispose d'une baignoire à pieds de griffe antique avec douche. Une offre généreuse de livres, magazines et jeux abonde. Appeler à l'avance avec votre liste d'épicerie, et le propriétaire va stocker la maison pour vous, vous réservez pour la thérapie de massage à la proximité Firehall Centre de remise en forme, ou vous envoyer une liste des cours de yoga à une rue de la maison.

Profitez de la véranda ensoleillée et marcher jusqu'au petit déjeuner juste deux blocs du centre-ville. Détendez-vous dans notre air conditionné et d'un mobilier bien entretenus.

The location was great, walking distance to downtown. However, the furnishings are dated (not historic), mismatched, drabby and there were so many pieces of furniture and others things, it was not comfortable to spend time inside. We spent most of our time on the front porch when we were there but had to clean off the furniture beforehand. The flower boxes have seen better days and block the view of the street. The landscaping is overrun and needs trimming. The bathroom in one of the rooms is too small and impractical. No place for toiletries and a shower that would not accommodate a larger person. And, lastly, really no closets to speak of. We stayed 5 days so being able to hang clothes in a closet and not on a few hooks would have been nice.

Livinstone to Yellowstone

We enjoyed our stay here in Livingston. The location was excellent, within easy walking distance to local shops, coffee shops, and restaurants. The VRBO had many special features, such as books, games, and a nice front porch for visiting and reading.

Granma's house

my sister and i stayed for almost a week ...in Livingston visiting family ... our first impression was... this is granma's house (which is a good thing !) did not spend a lot of time at the house since we were out and exploring but it was nice to come "home" to a cool house on hot August days (and it was hot). we didn't even have to use the AC the essentials are provided and comfy beds hot showers and coffee completed ours... and just two blocks from downtown!! the only thing it was missing was... granma.

Livingston for a wedding

A very convenient location to everything in Livingston walkable and very quiet. This historic home had everything that we needed for our stay. We did have to do some work while we were in town and having a desk and great Wi-Fi was key beautiful place would stay again

Great historic guesthouse close to town.

The Elliot Guesthouse was the perfect location for our trip to Livingston! It was about two blocks from the main drag and easy to get to. The house was very clean, had everything that we needed, and Kara was quick to answer the call and come help us when we locked ourselves out. Thank you! Highly recommend staying at her place if you are coming through town!

Yellowstone visit

Nice cozy little house. Awesome location. Close to everything! The house was equipped with everything you could need. Maybe a few more ice cube trays would be nice! The house was very clean and well cared for. Would highly recommended!

Comfortable Home!

Myself and some friends stayed at this home for a weekend of exploring Montana. Kara was super responsive with all my questions! The home was perfect and had many cute touches. Don't pass this place up when looking for a nice and affordable place to stay.

Downtown Livingston

This property is in a great location. We could walk to shops and restaurants and the park. Parking was not a problem all 7 days we were there. The three window A/C units were needed because it was in the 90's some of the days. Kitchen was well stocked. The bathroom in the primary bedroom (toilet, sink, shower) is very small but functional. The shower in the second bathroom is a little tricky to use because of the lack of space when the shower curtain is inside the tub. Loved the great supply of books, games, magazines, puzzles. There was also interesting historical information about the area on the walls and in the books. We also had good communication from the host.

A nice place

The place was very comfortable. It was a nice road trip to Yellowstone and we saw plenty of wildlife in the way to and from. It was easy to get groceries and have a meal at a few nice restaurants.

Hundred year old charm

Annual fall fishing trip

We took an extended stay for fall fishing in Livingston. Was looking for comfy and convenient place for a 3 week stay. Elliott House was the ticket. Comfy, clean 3 bedroom home, beautifully adorned. Kitchen had all the amenities to cook and eat in, which is what we did after long days out hiking and fishing. Location is great, being walking distance to downtown, and a number of bars and restaurants. Neighborhood is very nice. Enjoyed sitting on porch in evenings and watching neighbors walking with their families downtown. And Kara was great to work with. Definitely great base for our trip to Livingston. And we will plan to return. Thanks, Kara.

Attending a Funeral

The stay was good it was warm during our stay only one window AC.there were fans in every room but none turned on took a couple of hours to cool it down. We had everything else in towels, dishes, and other amenities.

Kara Stermitz is a fifth generation owner of the Elliott Guest House. Originally built by Kara's great-great grandmother, Sarah Schultz, the home was an early day boarding home for expectant mothers. Kara's great-great grandmother Sarah, a mid-wife, journeyed in her horse and buggy to outlying ranches to pick up expectant mothers. She pampered Mom and Baby, giving them respite they likely would not have again soon. Nowadays, Kara takes great enjoyment in offering the home to her guests as she raises her four children and works as a Marketing Administrator/Operations Manager for Confluence Consulting, a stream restoration and environmental consulting firm in Bozeman, MT. Kara has strong ties to Park County, as her family still ranches near Yellowstone Park. Kara is an avid flyfisher and can talk with you about many excursions and choices in the area. When she is not busy in Livingston, Kara chooses to travel elsewhere to flyfishing adventures!
