Just some problems with the A/C. Did not work properly. In a place where outside is a 107 degrees you need good A/C.

Spacious & Equipped

The place had everything we needed for our several day visit to the area. We appreciated the outdoor seating, the stocked kitchen and bathroom, and the large living room. I will note that because of the location of the apartment to the rest of the home, the windows are a bit limited or covered with translucent covers. Totally understandable and we made it work, but just noting it so future guests are aware! Stacy was very helpful and quick with communication. We would stay again! Thank you.

Great Find

We were in Redding for a conference at Bethel and the location was perfect. Only a 5 minute drive to the church building. Restaurants and stores close by. We went to Trader Joe’s to get some groceries. The house was clean and modern and perfect for the 3 of us ladies that were attending the conference. Stacy was very welcoming and responsive. We would definitely come back.

Should be a 12 star rating:)

Stacey and Adam have been super intentional; sojourners have everything they’ll need while away from home. Super clean, thoughtfully stocked , amazing A/C and outstanding communication from initial contact and throughout our stay. Not to mention close to everything! Really made our family feel welcome. Will definitely stay here again💕

Good overnight

Good. It had everything we needed and owner was responsive. A little dusty in spots and some linens could use an update, but overall clean. No major complaints. Nice private entrance with lovely decking, foliage and fence.
