Has a cozy queen room, a big bedroom comfortable for two to four, plus a sofa bed in the common room. Over 550 sq ft inside it's more comfy than two inn rooms + added features inc'l full kitchen and private patio w/ seatin.

Quick Cali Trip

We were just in the area for a couple of days to visit our WWII Veteran friend for his 101st birthday. Property had everything we needed. Would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!!!

Comfy and cozy!

This guest house was everything we needed! Very clean and in a great location close to Shasta Lake. Mt. Shasta is visible from the road, a block away from the house.

Spacious & Equipped

The place had everything we needed for our several day visit to the area. We appreciated the outdoor seating, the stocked kitchen and bathroom, and the large living room. I will note that because of the location of the apartment to the rest of the home, the windows are a bit limited or covered with translucent covers. Totally understandable and we made it work, but just noting it so future guests are aware! Stacy was very helpful and quick with communication. We would stay again! Thank you.

Great Find

We were in Redding for a conference at Bethel and the location was perfect. Only a 5 minute drive to the church building. Restaurants and stores close by. We went to Trader Joe’s to get some groceries. The house was clean and modern and perfect for the 3 of us ladies that were attending the conference. Stacy was very welcoming and responsive. We would definitely come back.

Stacey and Adam have been super intentional; sojourners have everything they’ll need while away from home. Super clean, thoughtfully stocked , amazing A/C and outstanding communication from initial contact and throughout our stay. Not to mention close to everything! Really made our family feel welcome. Good. It had everything we needed and owner was responsive. A little dusty in spots and some linens could use an update, but overall clean. No major complaints. Nice private entrance with lovely decking, foliage and fence.

Weekend getaway

This weekend was amazing thanks to Stacy!!! The house was beautiful and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Stacy made sure we were comfortable and recommend so great restaurants and things to do as a family. Over all our trip was great.
