Master bedroom has a king and a twin size bed
Guest bedroom 1 has a queen size bed

Caribe has multiple outdoor and indoor pools, lazy rivers, saunas, putting greens, tennis courts as well as well equipped fitness rooms.
There are charcoal grills on the grounds by the pools. Check in time starts at 4pm and check out is at 10am.

Complex is located just east of the Alabama Point Bridge and is the only true resort in Orange Beach. Beach Shuttle can take you to public beach area or spend the day at one of the over-sized resort pools. Long Lazy river overlooking the gulf and water-slides as well.

*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties. Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

Your reservation includes 1 parking pass. This parking pass will be in your unit when you arrive. If you would like to purchase an additional pass, you can purchase them from the front desk in the B building.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

This was the best condo on the beach that my sisters and I have stayed in thus far. The only concern that we had was with the rugs in the living room and bedroom. It is a fall hazard. My sisters and I kept tripping on them but we were cautious not to fall. You may want to remove them since the condo is perfect without them. Thank you for the stay.

High end rental that is great but might not be for everyone.

High end luxurious rental, super nice master with jacuzzi tub and nice shower. All rooms have bathrooms which was awesome. Comfortable couch in living room along with a blow up mattress in closet and a pull out couch in master. Resort was amazing, a kids dream! Ages 3-17 would have a blast just doing stuff at the resort. Multiple pools and hot tubs, along with a wet and dry sauna, lazy river was amazing and very long, they have mini golf, basketball courts and lots of other things. The restaurant Colbalt that is by the resort has amazing food as well! Cons: you can tell its ran by a company and not an individual. There were no "extras" like beach toys, puzzles, there was 1 board game, there was only 1 dishwasher pod, 1 laundry powder, 2 trash bags, no spices, salt or pepper anything like that so bring everything you might possibly need especially if staying for a week. The washer, dryer and dishwasher all take forever to run as well. The parking spot is also not ideal, some people might not be comfortable parking in a larger vehicle as its angled and tight especially when the condo next doors car is also parked there. There was also no information in the condo like hours of the trolley to take you to the beach, where you go to get on trolley, where to get basketballs or golf clubs, etc. We asked the trolley driver most of this information as there aren't a lot of workers just wondering around or anything. They are very strick on no early check ins or check outs however we had to wait 30 minutes past check in for the cleaners to finish. There are 2 elevators on each side of the building, one was broken almost the entire time we were there so its best to just avoid that side when one is down. We loved the place and would definitely return, just might not be thr place for everyone, especially if you are looking for a place that feels like home.

Dissatisfied

The condo was clean, however ALL furniture, outside and inside are terribly stained. It felt nasty to sit on couch and outdoor furniture. The whole condo needs to be maintained better. Floor grouts missing or broken, a coat of paint throughout would help. I was very disappointed in the condo. The Caribe itself was wonderful.

Good but lackluster

Switches were busted and the main toilet didnt flush too well. Pans were also not great. The whole place was basically white, so it wasnt too colorful. Master bedroom mattress felt as if i was sinking. If you were cooking and using the ventilation hood, conversation was not an option. Not worth the price in my opinion. The only redeeming factor was the veiw. There was also a loose rug right in the middle of the foyer, right in the pathway where you have to roll the carts and suitcases.The fridge didnt seem to get too cold, nothing spolied but colder drinks wouldve been appreciated.

Thanksgiving Get-away

The property was just as described—very nice furniture. The king bed in primary bedroom was very comfortable. The appliances were high end, and the kitchen had everything anyone would need to prepare meals.

Good Ol' Caribe

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We returned to Caribe after a 12 year hiatus, mostly due to our children now being young adults with children. We remembered it as being a great place to take children on vacation, and it still is. The pools are unmatched in the area, and our grandchildren were delighted with the water slides, the pirate ship to play on, the lazy river, the beautiful and plentiful pool options, and also watching the sea life from our balcony. It's very easy to get around the complex, from the parking spaces to the wide walkways.On the less positive side, D1103 needs some work. We rented three condos, and they all were in need of some freshening up, but in particular D1103. The pots and pans were beat up, the paint was peeling, the cabinet finishes were peeling, the tiles in the living room were cracked and missing grout, the master toilet needed repairs. The toilet was "repaired" promptly, but didn't flush properly the rest of the stay. The toilet seat also is too small to fit the urinal, resulting in a gross situation whereas I had to wipe it down every time before sitting on it. My husband had to start cleaning up after himself each time he used it. The couch is stained, and I know it's hard to keep white fabric clean, but still - and the wine frig didn't work either. Additionally, the master bed needs to be replaced, and the balcony furniture was missing a cushion. We've stayed in rental units dozens of times, and this condo was not up to par with our other experiences. I don't like to complain, but this is my honest feedback.

However, the cleanliness was not up to par. I'll say the place wasn't clean upon our arrival. Despite bed linens appearing to be clean and new, pillows were missing cases, sheets were gritty with sand and the floors were covered in sand/dirt and counters riddled with stains from the previous stay. The place really just needs a deep clean.

Great, clean condo

Perfect condo at the caribe! Plenty of space for our 6 (3 adults, 3 kids)- could have easily fit more! Management was extremely responsive and helpful. First condo I’ve seen to have plastic plates and cups for kids- huge plus. The master bedroom seemed to be warmer than the rest of the house, but every room had a ceiling fan so it was fine. They had an extra pack and play, so you don’t have to lug your own! Very nice and clean unit, comfy beds and well stocked!

The vent in the master bathroom needs changing. Also, I feel like it is misleading to act like the Trolly just drops you off at the beach! The walkway to the beach and then to the chairs and umbrella wore us out! We only went once. Trolly made us wait 30 min for pick up and we had small children. They also didn’t answer twice when we called. The pool was wonderful and very breezy. We stayed there most of the time!

Great location

My extended family had a great time. The condo decorations are beautiful. It could use a good cleaning but all in all was great. Plenty of room for 3 couples. Great view of the marina and some of the pool. The property has great amenities with the lazy river, 4 outdoor pools, several indoor pools, marina, and fantastic restaurant on site. Looking forward to next year.

The biggest surprise was how much fun we had on the lazy river and the views of the intercoastal from the 11th floor literally topped off the experience. Some of the furniture and rugs in the common areas are showing wear, but the overall decor of the condo was very much up to date. We would definitely visit again!

Perfect location beautiful views

We thoughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was neat and tidy. However the floors really needed mopping. Our feet were dirty just from walking inside on the tile. Rooms were large and had a nice living area. The sofa in living room and bedroom definitly needs a cleaning as well. I feel like if they are charging a good amout for cleaning the condo in your fees, so it really should be clean. They had a good supply of towels and pillows and dishes. The pools were great. Would stay again just would like it to be cleaner.
