This beautiful, brand new lake front home features 180' of lake front property, with a floor plan that focuses on indoor/outdoor living and features stunning lake views from all rooms. With 3 bedrooms and a bunk room, it accommodates 10 comfortably. In addition, rental includes use of a community tennis court.

Memorial Day Weekend 2025

Despite the rain we had a great stay. The house was perfect for our family get together. Can't say enough of how great the house and grounds are. We all want to come back again!

Girls Trip

We had an amazing stay! The house was clean and there was plenty of room and beds for our group. The covered porch was a great spot to spend time with a beautiful view or the lake, and there was plenty of room inside for gathering too. The house has everything you need for cooking as well.

Beautiful Family Reunion spot

This was our second stay. It is ideal for us. Spacious common living space, 4 nice bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two outdoor spaces ( deck and lower patio). There is dock access to pristine Skaneateles Lake. Short drive to town and other enjoyable locations. Well appointed kitchen and grill. We hope to return again as our family schedule allows in the years ahead.

Lovely stay at the lake!

The cottage was lovely - clean and well equipped. My sisters & I are regular travelers and this property exceeded all of our expectations. Best part is that the owners use the house too, so it has the personal touches that made it more comfortable than most vacation rentals. We loved sitting on the porch overlooking the lake, listening to the Loons calling.

Lakeside family getaway

The perfect spot to connect with family. We played baseball in the front yard, walked down the steps to the lake to watch amazing sunsets, barbecued on the back deck and congregated around the fireplace in the evenings while we played games. We all enjoyed the home immensely!

Perfect weekend trip

We had an amazing time staying on the lake! The house was plenty big and comfortable for our group of friends. We were attending a wedding in Weedsport and enjoyed being on the lake. It was so nice to sit on the back porch and take in the view. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Wedding weekend

Our youngest daughter was married on Saturday sept.28 at the skaneates lodge. Your place was the perfect place for our family to stay.would recommend this house to anyone who would like some nice quiet family time.

Beautiful Lakefront

We had a long weekend getaway with friends. We enjoyed the house very much. It is clean, well located, and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfy but best of all, the kitchen was really stocked for people who enjoy cooking. Thank-you for a really special weekend !

We came to be with Syracuse student over the holiday. The house was about 40 minutes away, beautiful serene spot on the lake. Excellent delivery service for groceries, comfortable home.

Wedding weekend

We stay at the property for wedding weekend. The house is very spacious and beautiful. Betsy was very accommodating, letting us check-in early and check out late. Plenty of room for a large group and if you want a good night of sleep, the beds are comfy!

Wonderful in Skaneateles

Absolutely beautiful property complete with everything you could possibly need. We were a group of six friends and we stayed for three nights. This is the second year in a row we stayed here because we enjoyed it so much. Very nice location, very close to the village, overlooking the lake. The owner is a pleasure to deal with. Extremely clean home. Everything was perfect.

Girls Weekend Away

This house is stunning and has everything you would need for a vacation away. My friends and I enjoyed the ample sleeping space and bathrooms to allow us to spread out and all get ready with no issues. The views are stunning and the dock and deck were perfect retreats to have our morning coffee. We hope to be back next year! Thanks for everything.

Perfect rental while I town for a wedding

The house is beautiful and the host and property manager are very nice with quick response to any inquiries. We rented this house specifically because of its close proximity to Lourdes Camp for our sons weekend wedding - 5 minutes down the road. The house did not disappoint, stunning.

Great spot for family get together

The house is well designed and has good sound installation. The kitchen is great for cooking and well stocked. And it’s got great outdoor spaces up by the house. The one challenge is the steps are very steep and there isn’t a hang out area by the water. I would check with the owners if you want the dock up because it wasn’t ready when we were there.
