Last on the list

The place was good. But not fully clean. There was dead bugs throughout the house. The house needs to be painted on the inside. Especially if they want to charge the amount they advertise. They should also make it very clear that the washer and dryer is not accessible without a fee.

Nice Home

The house is accurate to the photos which was great and the neighborhood wasn’t bad. You don’t have to worry about towing since everyone parks anywhere on the side. The only thing that was a con would be the bottom ceiling fan not working which made the living room sort of hot quick especially if it’s alot of people in there. Overall very nice home I enjoyed my stay.

Laundry "available" but not included

Overall we were happy with the property, however, it was not until we arrived to the property that we were told the use of the laundry facilities was an additional fee. This really should be included in the fee of the house. Additional trash bags would have been helpful, coffee pot directions and a few more larger pots and pans.

Great place, location & price!!!

We enjoyed are stay with my family. Clean place. Great communication with owner. Hot tub was included for additional charge which we didn’t know, but didn’t have time to use anyway.
