This beautiful home has been completely remodeled and is modern and comfy!

Separate living areas upstairs & downstairs makes it the perfect spot for family reunions or large groups (no more than 16 adults permitted). Each floor is available to rent separately, please feel free to inquire.

All pool furniture is from Kettler, a German company known for their quality and comfort! Plenty of lounge chairs, tables, and seating. Plenty of room for the kids to run around, and for the adults to sit and enjoy the hot tub. Beautiful Crate&Barrel colorful umbrellas.

GAME-HAVEN in the front yard! PUTTING GREEN is amazing -- at 15' x 30' long this is a serious green for golfers who want to practice their putting and chipping (yes we have a fringe area!!) ... and for kids - think of a super-nice putt-putt area to entertain them!!

OUTDOOR PING-PONG TABLE (high-quality Kettler table built to be outside!) and CUSTOM CORN HOLE BAGS make this the perfect adult--and--kid playground area!

The downstairs sleeps 8. There are 2 bedrooms that each have queen beds, and 1 bedroom with a queen plus a twin trundle (2 twins total). Large efficiency/entertainment areas with sleeper couches.

ALL bedrooms have flat-screen TV/DVD combinations - so everybody can watch their
own show or movie.

My family used both units of this house for our annual beach vacation. Good location, close to the heart of myrtle. Easy communication with hosts. Definitely had its issues but overall a great stay!

Very good experience

Very happy with this property, had one small problem with the pool which turned out to be weather related. Owner was very responsive and kids were back in the pool in a out an hour and a half.

There isn't anything not to absolutely love! From the time we made reservations till we left, our host Judy, was constantly available and informative. The home is such a short one-block walk from the ocean which we could view from the front deck/putting green. Having a outdoor shower right next to the pool allowed us to spend the morning on the beach, come back for lunch and shower off before a dip in the private pool. They cleaned the pool twice while we were there and emptied the trash several times during the week. The home was clean and well furnished. All the while all of the activities on Hwy 17 was minutes away from golfing to wineries, from shopping to arcades. No one had a chance to get bored. We stay VRBO several times a year and HIGHLY recommend the home for groups of all sizes and ages.

Best Family Vacation Ever

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everyone had a great time and everyone kept busy and off electronics, even the teenagers. The house was comfortable for everyone and we did not feel crowded even with 18 in our party.

Wonderful!!

The home was awesome!! We rented the full house and omg it was sooo much space!! The kids enjoyed the pool and loved that they had the option of walking down to the beach anytime!! The house is waay close to the beach than you think and you have views from the living room! There’s alot of food places near the home as well! I highly recommend The grumpy Monk and Captain jacks!!

Great property!

This place was absolutely perfect for our golf trip! There were six of us total but could've fit more comfortably with several other available beds. Clean, close to the beach and lots of games for outdoor fun. When we arrived we had an issue with the pool/hot tub but the property manager worked quickly to get it fixed and we were still able to use it for a couple of days before we left. The pool area is spacious and well kept... perfect place to hang out and cool off or warm up depending on the time of year. Would definitely stay here again!

Great winter weekend!

Our coed softball team stayed here while traveling for a tournament and we enjoyed it so much! The heated pool and hot tub were what everyone looked forward to after a cold day at the field. The upstairs kitchen was spacious enough for all 12 of us to hang out and play games and the downstairs was great for playing video games and watching NFL playoffs. We were a short walk to the beach and had quick access to great places to eat and grab drinks. The whole team loved this house and we'll be looking for it again next year!

The condos where clean for the most part, and everything went as planned. The dishwasher downstairs wasn't working so we just hand washed the dishes. Upstairs unit was good, the dryer is slow but all in all a great stay, the host was very nice and responsive. Would rent again !

Perfect location

16 of us stayed for a week and there was plenty of room for everyone. We loved all of the outdoor space and spent a lot of time there. Overall we really enjoyed this house! We had some issues with things not working. The hot tub was fixed right away but we were without a dryer upstairs. Could have been a little cleaner, there was confetti in the air return and hanging from cobwebs along the ceiling from previous guests. Would consider staying again, we loved the location!

Family vacation

The house overall was a good fit for our needs. The pool and hot tub were awesome and got great use. The easy access to the beach was another huge plus. We would definitely stay again. Now onto the downside of the stay…the check in process was a debacle, but once that got straightened out the communications with the host was very good and she jumped right on the issue we had. The house was definitely in need of a few upgrades, a lot of the amenities were on the worn down side and we were surprised how little there was in the house to get started, not even a trash bag in the trash cans or enough toilet paper for all the bathrooms, for the amount you pay for the week you would expect at least some things to get you started before you can get to a store and get what you need. Thankfully we had the full house because there was 2 of everything on the upper floor and none on the lower floor, broom/mop/iron/can opener/utensils etc. The oven on the top floor took forever to cook and the only mirror in the downstairs master was the small one over the sink in the bathroom.

Beautiful house wonderful owners

Great property only thing better is the owners!!! Bella and her husband are truly hands on owners. We had a problem with a missing bean bag for corn hole and they had it to us in 1 hr. House was perfect for my sister and my family a total of 9 adults and 1 teenager. We had more than enough room. 2 full kitchens,pool,putting green and quick walk to the beach were all great. Many people were jealous that we had a pool with our rental.My son and nephew loved the video game and it was a great perk that it was free!!! The listing description is exactly what you get. The property was clean and well maintained. I would definitely go here again when I go to myrtle beach!!!!!

Thanksgiving Family Trip

There were a few cosmetic things that needed fixing, the outside lights did not work, one of the ceiling fans upstairs didn’t work, one of the bedroom doors downstairs wouldn’t shut completely, and the Keurig did not work. Texted the property manager about the above concerns and someone came with a brand new Keurig the next morning. We could not go from the first floor to the second floor without going outside because of the separate entrances which was a little inconvenient with the little children. Someone had to take them or watch them go from floor to floor for their safety. Overall, aside from the things listed, our family had a good vacation.

Unhappy stay

We were notified on 7/22 that there was a problem with the pool and they were draining it half way that day and that they would need to do that 3 more times. Also when looking for my dogs ball, I was looking under the couch’s and beds and the dirt and dust was just brutal. There was a baby bottle under one of the beds from a previous renter. The cleaning company are definitely not doing a good job. The house was also very poorly stocked with supplies such as silverware. All in all it was a great week but I don’t think I would rent this property again.

Exactly what we were looking for!

We came down to North Myrtle with a group of 14 guys for a golf trip. This house was exactly what we were looking for. The amount of space, even for 14 guys, was great. The amount of bedrooms and bathrooms was plenty for our group size. When I explained to the owner what I was looking for, she was eager to help and very responsive. We were originally looking at another one of the owner's homes, but after letting her know what our plans were she directed us to this home. She made the entire process very simple and was able to work well with us. If you're looking for a house that has "things to do" then this is it. I have never been to a vacation home that has the quality recreational space that this house has. We spent an entire day playing cornhole, putting, and hanging out at the pool. We didn't even get down to the beach! I would highly recommend staying here because of the responsiveness of the owner, the location, the size and the outdoor activities. Not to mention the house was very clean upon arrival. Do yourself a favor and book this place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although we saw more sunsets than sunrises, our stay at the Sunrise beach house was exactly what we wished for! The house was well appointed with the 3 bedrooms/2-2 1/2 baths, double kitchen/dining/living areas and the pool area was a real hit! Extra amenities like the ping-pong table/set, corn hole, fooz ball, and the well stocked libraries were all put to good use! The beach cart made trekking the short distance to and from the beach a real breeze. The larger kitchen/dining/living area was upstairs so that was our main gathering area, but the one downstairs saw lots of use for finding a quieter venue. The grill was well utilized as was the pool/cabana area. All issues were attended to promptly and efficiently, such as the loose handrail. We'd definitely recommend this beach house to others interested in visiting the area. Some of our visitors from Texas are now considering a purchase in the area. Great place, lovely owners and beautiful setting. Besides the pool and the beach, we enjoyed putt-putt, go-carting, Pirates Voyage, banana boats, parasailing, shopping and relaxing.

Family vacation

We rented this property so that our family could experience a beach vacation together for the first time. There are 18 of us and the house was the perfect size with nice bedrooms. The online advertising of this house states flat screen TV’s in all bedrooms which is incorrect (our room didn’t have one). We had an issue with one of the bed slats falling in and it took 2 days for the repair, which fell again before the end of our stay. We were told this had happened before so not sure why it wasn’t properly addressed and fixed the first time. We realized our first night that the lower level dishwasher wouldn’t turn on and notified property management. Someone came out on Monday only to tell us the repair would be completed on Friday. We spent the entire week washing dishes. The lower level master bathroom had a cat urine odor to it and the shower leaked water every time someone took a shower. The pool and hot tub were wonderful but had lots of tiles missing. There were several pieces of pool/outdoor furniture in need of repair. The ping pong table wasn’t usable and there were no balls for the fuse ball table. The upstairs kitchen was fully stocked which was nice. The house is in a great location only 2 blocks to the beach! We had a great week and didn't allow the above mentioned issues to ruin our time. I felt I should point them out to possibly improve the quality for future stays. We love Myrtle Beach and with a few changes would definitely stay in this house again.

10/10 – Excellent

Our First Family Vacation was a HUGE Success...

...thanks to finding the perfect house! Our family vacation planning started with 10 people but jumped up to 15 as we got closer to our travel date. Therefore, we had to cancel a previous reservation for a smaller home and were lucky to find that the Sunrise/Sunset home was still available. When we walked into the home we were all pleasantly surprised with how beautiful the homes' interiors had been done. There was PLENTY of space for everyone...the 20-30 year olds stayed on the lower level (Sunset unit) while the kids and grandparents stayed in the upper level (Sunrise unit). This arrangement worked out perfectly because the Sunrise unit was a little more open, which allowed more space for the kids to run around. (I will note here that the noise did travel down but since we had both units it wasn't a big problem for us.) We all slept VERY comfortably because EVERYONE had a bed, which was a HUGE plus. For a week's long vacation, rotating sleeping on the couch would have been awkward. My goal for this vacation was just relaxation and reading. Lucky for me the home was one short block from the beach where I did plenty of both every day. AND...for those of us that were more adventurous, Myrtle Beach had PLENTY to offer as well, including put-put, race cars, music, shopping, and more! I will have to say that I think the best value came in having two full kitchens to cook meals. For this factor alone, I don't think we will ever do hotels again. We bought groceries when we arrived and did not have to eat out once. This saved us TONS of money...and with the shared cooking duties, everyone got a chance to showcase their best dishes. Lastly, but most importantly, Bella was an absolute GEM to work with from beginning to end. We already have plans to return next year and can't wait to also enjoy the pool that is going in this fall!

Wonderful place with lots of room

There were 2 floors (not connected) plenty of amenities, good kitchen condition on both floors, good supplies. Very happy with the stay.
