UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged at the time of booking.

Great property just keep in mind during winter the driveway gets really icy and can be hard to get out i have a front wheel drive and just put some tire chains and had no issues getting out

Snowshoe bike trip

Convenient location. Nice enough cabin. No thermostat or screens on the windows. So if you opened the windows bugs came in. The futon couch had some suspicious stains on it. Rest of the cabin was clean and had what I needed.

Great stay!

Went for a long ski weekend with a group of friends. House had plenty of space to blow up an air mattress in addition to the futon in the living room. Loved that we could walk to the slope and hop right on, however be aware it is a black diamond. If you aren’t a good skier/snowboarder, you will have to catch the free shuttle to take you to the other side of mountain!

Cozy Cabin in a Great Spot

My son and I stayed here for a weekend of skiing and really enjoyed it. The cabin was clean and comfortable. It felt bigger than the pictures convey. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for meals. We were happy to be able to make a relatively short walk directly to skiing at Western Territory! I would agree with other guests that the driveway is limited to those who have 4WD, especially when it snows. Overall this is a great spot and we would happily stay here again.

Cute cozy cabin with a few issues

The cabin was very cozy and the amount of space was perfect for my husband and I for a long ski weekend. Just a quick 4 minute drive to top of the world where you can go right down the slopes. A few issues-- -The mattress needs to be replaced. It's old and not comfortable. -The office where you need to check in and check out is 13 minutes away from the house. This caused us a detour for both check in and check out. On our last day, we had to drive almost 30 minutes round trip since we were going back to the slopes for a few hours before we headed home. This is super inconvenient and really should be corrected. -The driveway is super steep. When we were there, it was super snowy and if we didn't have all wheel drive, there is no way we would have made it up and down. Also, there is a bigger house directly next to the cabin and the people staying there had 5+ cars. It's way too narrow for this and we ended up having to park behind someone blocking then in because there was no other place to park

Adorable little house, clean and well-equipped. FOUR WHEEL DRIVE ONLY, and be prepared to get towed!

The Flurry Cabin is a small property perfect for 2-3 people looking to ski at Snowshoe. Very clean, with lots of amenities and a fully-stocked kitchen. Two warnings. 1) the Snowflake Lodge is a much larger property adjacent, and it is possible that the renters there will block the driveway, and feel like they own the area because they have the bigger house. 2) DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT rent this property without a 4-wheel drive. The driveway is steep, narrow and terrifying. Snowshoe garage ops said they tow people 3-4 times a week up the driveway, even with a 4WD vehicle, which I had. They were delightful, but I'd suggest a 4WD with snow tires, and park at the top of the driveway!! Walking distance to the Western Territory that you can hop onto in the middle, but it leads to a black or double black. Shuttle service was very good.
