Patio14, a recently built rental home located on the 14th hole of Minnesota National's Championship Course, is a 3300 sq. foot, fully loaded home that has everything you need for a relaxing weekend with family and friends. This home features a large living room and open kitchen, a 10' island to gather around, a 3 season screened in porch, and a patio with a grill overlooking the course. A new firepit was added in the backyard
to gather around. The main floor Master bedroom has a king bed with a private bath and a walk-in shower. Also on the main floor is a spacious double queen room with an attached bath. The upper level features two similar double queen bedrooms, each with their own bath along with an open loft with TV and a futon.
Consider Patio14 for your next ATV or snowmobile trip.......the McGregor Area Trail goes right past the house.

The house was amazing, clean, was able to do laundry, big rooms and bathrooms to accommodate, everything was amazing. Cannot recommend this property enough to those who need a place to stay for a long weekend.

Very lovely location and listing is as described

We stayed here for an annual visit to the area. The home is very lovely, clean, spacious and well appointed. The rooms are very large and each has it's own en suite attached, which is very nice. The views are spectacular and the kitchen is well stocked and I do a lot of cooking. Highly recommend this property!

This property is 10+! Everything was perfect and the homes upgrades exceeded our expectations. One of the nicest VRBO properties we have stayed in. We will definitely rent this place again!

Stay over J4 weekend

Love love love the house! It was a big, spacious house! The only downfall was the water. Not sure if it came from the sewer but it smelled so bad. But overall, the stay was amazing! Would definitely recommend.

Julie, We apologize for the issue and thank you for bringing that to our attention. The smell was due to hydrogen sulfide in the well water which is common to the area. This has been addressed with an air injection tank and we believe has solved the problem. Thank you, Jeff

Girl Weekend

This house is the closest to perfect that I have ever rented!! And that is only because we wanted a hot tub lol! It has everything you need and is so clean ! I have rented many houses in different states and this was by far the nicest and set up for all ages and situations . Beds are comfortable , each bedroom had its own bathroom ! It was just so nice, we can’t say enough about it ! Jeff was also very accommodating and easy to work with!

Great place for multiple couples

What a great place to stay for a few days or even a week or more. The house had everything we needed and was a GREAT setup for multiple couples or multiple families staying in one place. The bedrooms were very nice sizes and comfortable beds. Thank you for hosting our group.

Birthday Getaway

We rented the property to have a birthday celebration/getaway. It was very well kept and clean. Loved the open concept and there was more than enough space for the 8 of us. Overall it was a great time would definitely rent again in the future.

Golf weekend success

This place is incredible. Everything is gleaming clean, the rooms are somehow bigger than they appear in the photos (they are huge), beds are clean and comfy, and there are five bathrooms. FIVE. With six guys, even a 0lace with two bathrooms can feel backed up at times. Not this place. We even parked vehicles in the garage over night. Natural gas big grill on the patio with a great view of hole 14. It made a weekend of golf with the guys a breeze. Would love to come back again next year, everyone was raving about the accomodations! Thanks to Jeff for being a great partner is making our weekend one to remember!
