The Patio House is situated next to the Great Sandy Desert and the Canal. Complete privacy in the back with a big rolling gate to access the pathway and trails. Enjoy the 5 person hot tub and cozy up to the fire. Outdoor heaters warm up the chilly nights. The home is fairly new with a chef’s delight kitchen, complete with an espresso machine. The dining room seats up to 8 people. Large living area with a large built in TV and stereo with surround sound. Mt. Bachelor is just 20 miles, Sunriver Resort 14 miles, amazing hiking and biking trails and snowshoeing are close by. Easy access to the Old Mill District and Historic Downtown. Dining and shopping in Bend are endless! Come and enjoy the year around activities and all that beautiful Central Oregon has to offer.

Perfect location for us

The set up of the home was great and it was very open. Our son and daughter-in-law live in the neighborhood and it was a great space for dinner with the family and we could walk to their house. We would book again.

Very positive

Very nice house with many amenities. We actually have family in Bend and were there for a wedding, so we didn't spend a lot of time at the house. It worked out well for us.

exceptional property and experience

My wife and I stayed in Bend at this property for our 15 year wedding anniversary. the property is exactly as described, we were informed of the dishwasher not working, and were offered to have it fixed while we were there. there was a tray of snacks and a bottle of wine, a very nice touch. there is a book that is very clear and easy to follow for the house and there were a few sticky notes left as well, another really nice personal touch. beds are comfy, electronics are top of the line, great wifi etc etc. The owners of this property are top notch and not intrusive at all. The home is warm, comfortable, private for being in a community and easily accessible. We would happily stay here in the future and will recommend to any of our friends who would travel to bend. On a side note the city of Bend and surrounding area are special for sure, the powers that be are doing something right and the owners of this vrbo are right in line with the overall thinking. We have lived in Bend for over 25 years. We are active and this little city provides every activity we love. Year around activities: snowshoeing, snow skiing and snowboarding and the renowned Mt. Bachelor, cycling, hiking, eating out at fabulous restaurants. We are empty nesters and look forward to traveling in our RV and discovering the rest of the U.S. It is our pleasure to share all of the comforts of our home.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Enjoy the hot tub, relax, drink wine. Hiking trails are endless in the Bend area or open the rolling gate off the patio and walk along the Canal. We have snowshoes for winter fun and inner tubes for floating down the Deschutes River for some summer fun! The Patio house offers surround sound in the living area and piped in music on the patio. The patio is equipped with a fireplace a propane heater and pull-down shades to block the sun or keep the heat in. The Jacuzzi Hot Tub is wonderful for those chilly evenings and mornings.

The Patio house is conveniently located near great shops and restaurants. 20 miles from Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort.
The city of Bend suggests the use of face masks as well as social distancing (at least 6 ft) in all public areas.
Be assured we are doing our part to help our Airbnb guests feel safe by disinfecting all frequently touched surfaces before each guests checks in. All reservations are spaced at least 3 days apart and we have self-check in.
We are always available if there is anything you need or have questions.
