Relax and enjoy this beautifully updated home at the base of Pilot Butte! This home is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, minutes from Whole Foods, food cart lots and great restaurants. With access to Pilot Butte trail just next door, you can't beat this location!

Feel like eating in? This is easy to do in the well stocked gourmet kitchen and comfortable 6 person dining area. Appreciate the modern updates designed by a Feng Shui expert, gas fireplace and all the comforts of home away from home. If you have some work to do while visiting, take advantage of the office space setup on the 2nd level, equipped with desk and printer.

CARS MUST BE PARKED IN GARAGE OR FULLY IN DRIVEWAY AT THIS PROPERTY. THERE IS NO STREET PARKING.

Great Location in Bend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My sons, two grandchildren and "grand-dog" look forward to spending Christmas in Bend to be near my brother and his family. This house allowed us to do that. We sledded for two days at Wanoga Sno-Park, hiked the dog path there, hiked Pilot Butte, visited the dog park near the house and shopped the nearby Old Bend Market area. The hot tub was great! We enjoyed several movies, but wished we had six stable comfy chairs or a bigger sofa (there were 4 "seats" available, but the one chair had a wobbly leg so we didn't use it) which gave us three seats. We moved two upholstered kitchen chairs into the TV area. It would be wise to replace the slightly unstable sofa and ottoman, also. The kitchen appliances were great, and the cookware was adequate (only one large cookie, some missing lids for pots/glass dishes, only one spatula/flipper). I'm glad we brought some of our own cookware.

Exercise first thing by climbing the Butte, then off for the day to help dad. Near restaurant’s & Whole Foods is a bonus. The home is clean, convenient & VRC has always been accommodating to our changing needs over the past multiple years. Grateful is an understatement.

The house was exactly as pictured and had everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood is quiet, the proximity to the park next door is great, and we really settled in quickly and felt right at home. There was plenty of room for a family of four, and we would happily stay here again.

Love this place

Great house great location Some frustrations one big ones hat was addressed immediately not their fault. Other issues bathroom upstairs on master both sinks clogged. The kitchen sink faucet handle is broken. Kitchen stocking is poor. It gets worse every year but it is what it is. I would love it if they could at least stock a spatula. Overall it’s an absolutely great house and we come back once or twice a year and I’ve been doing so for the last five years so everything I say with a green ass assault because it really is a good place

Just what we needed in Bend

House had just what we needed for a few family days. Walking access to Pilot Butte hiking was just right. Neighbors are very close but it wasn’t a problem.

Weekend in Bend

We went to Bend for the weekend to see a concert. Natalie is Bend a great place to go but staying at this property was not only a great experience, but it was an excellent value. If I ever came back to Bend, I would certainly want to stay and highly recommend staying at this property.

Amazing property & location

From check in to check out, our experience was seamless! This is a wonderful property that is super clean, modern amenities, comfortable bedding, and close to everything you want to do while in Bend. The neighborhood is so peaceful and quiet, with a spectacular hot tub to relax in after a day of hiking or shopping. Great AC, hot showers, and TV with all your favorites apps to wind down. The property manager checked in with us to ensure we were comfortable and all are needs were met during our stay. We would definitely stay here again! This is a property that will exceed your expectations!

Lovely home

Beautifully decorated, spacious and quiet home, kitchen stocked with everything needed for home cooked meals. Bedrooms/Bathrooms clean and supplied as well. Great location steps from Pilot Butte. Great communication with property mgmt, very accommodating.

Great location!

We were in Bend for a soccer tournament and this house had all the things we needed and was located near the fields, restaurants, groceries. We would definitely stay again!

Would Not Stay Here Again

As a family, we would not stay here again, for multiple reasons. The biggest issue is that the neighbor has a camera shooting directly at the house, which makes you feel like you are being watched 24/7. While I understand the neighbors can do what they want, but you have zero privacy. You don't know what the neighbors are doing with the camera, so for that reason alone, we would NOT stay here again. Other reasons, the house really isn't dog friendly. There are no TV's in the kids rooms. There wasn't really anything special about this house as a vacation rental to us compared to other houses we have stayed at.

Beautiful home in a great location..

We were in Bend for a long weekend of basketball tournaments. This home was centrally located, close to food carts and downtown but on a very quiet cul-de-sac tucked up against Pilot Butte. Incredibly clean and beautifully updated. We would definitely book Parkview again.
