Paradise at Pelican Pier Melbourne Beach. Registration number: CVR25-0007 Location, location, location! Walk one block to the Indian River or three blocks to the beach. Catch sunrise on the beach and sunset on the river. In the heart of Melbourne Beach, just 5 blocks to everything in town. Great high end and casual restaurants, a gourmet market, beachfront bar & grill, tennis and bocce courts as well as many local businesses and amenities are all within walking distance.

Pelican Pier is a 4 bedroom, 3 full bath, private home with a private saltwater pool in a private fenced backyard. Heat for pool is $200 per week. Includes a grill, covered lanai, patio furniture, lounge chairs, outdoor dining table, and all the amenities of home. Pelican pier can accommodate up to 8 people with 2 king bedroom suites, and 2 queen bedrooms that share a full bath. Pelican Pier boasts a fully equipped kitchen, keyless entry, full laundry facilities, free wi-fi with streaming capabilities, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and a beach wagon. Large great room and driveway that can accommodate up to 4 cars.

Melbourne Beach is a barrier island that is close to Cape Canaveral, Cocoa Beach and Vero Beach. Just 75 miles to Orlando attractions and the Orlando International Airport and 7 miles to the Melbourne Airport. Supermarkets, big box stores, medical/hospital facilities, and restaurants galore are all within a few miles. Check out the flair of Old Melbourne with it's unique shops and local establishments. See a rocket launch form our beach or make a short drive to Cape Canaveral for an up close experience.

Come relax under the Palm trees at Pelican Pier and enjoy the surf and sand of Melbourne Beach!

We loved our stay at this house! The kitchen had everything we needed and more, which made cooking super easy. The bedrooms were huge and the beds/linens were really comfortable. The pool was awesome, and there were tons of floats and pool toys to keep everyone entertained. We also appreciated all the beach gear—it made trips to the beach so much easier. Overall, it was a great spot and we’d definitely come back!

Beautiful, Well-Stocked House!

I usually never leave reviews for our stays, but this one was so fantastic that I couldn't wait to! Greg was a delight to communicate with, the house is absolutely beautiful and so comfortable, the backyard oasis is a DREAM and this has to be the best stocked house we have ever stayed in! Everything that you could need in the kitchen, to go to the beach, to have fun in the pool is there and more! Also, Melbourne Beach is so close and we couldn't believe how uncrowded it was, especially during the July 4th weekend! Just a delightful vacation stay and we will definitely be back -- thanks, Greg!!!

From the lush backyard and lovely pool to the open layout for family to gather
this is the perfect place to stay.We love being close to the ocean sunrises and the river sunsets. Plus, the park, market, restaurants, library, etc.If the owner has an opening, grab it!

Fun Beachy House!

My family really enjoyed the house, the pool, and the fun beach community. This house was so clean and comfortable. I could not recommend more highly! The host was so friendly and helpful. On of the best VRBO properties we have stayed at!

Great place to stay!

This is our 2nd time staying here and we have it booked for next year. The owners have thought of practically everything you need to have a great vacation! We love the location - walk to the park, sunset at the pier, library, grocery store, pharmacy and restaurants are all right there
 And the layout of the house is great for a family -plenty of room inside and out
and the pool is right there! It’s a great place to have fun and make memories in MLB ❀

Much needed get away

This is a great place to get away and enjoy yourself, quiet neighborhood close to the beach very close to all kinds of places to eat. The home is very clean all modern everything works just like it is suppose to.

Amazing!

This home was in a perfect location! Close to the bay, the ocean, restaurants and a beautiful park!! Our host was easily available for any questions. The rooms were beautiful! The pool and outback area was just wonderful! The yard is so well maintained! And they thought of everything! Anything I needed seemed to be there! We come to Melbourne Beach every year and have always stayed at the Hilton Oceanfront but not anymore! This will be our place to stay!!

Great house close to the beach

We had a wonderful time at this home. It was a short drive to a great uncrowded beach. The back yard and pool were great to hang out at after the beach or instead of going to the beach. The owner was great to deal with the few times we had contact. We have stayed at many VRBO properties and this was one of the best.

Paradise

This place was excellent, hands down one of the best properties I've stayed at using VRBO. The neighborhood and area are just a paradise setting. Quiet, private and close to the beach, the pool temperature was perfect, the house had EVERYTHING you need, from a very well stocked kitchen to beach and pool items. if your coming to party and throw down this is NOT the place for you. Its in a quiet peaceful neighborhood and is a great place to relax and unwind. I cannot think of even 1 complaint to add so 5 stars.

Great property!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Pelican Pier! The house layout was perfect for our group to gather, the pool/patio area was fabulous and the location was so convenient. The owners were great to work with -we were impressed how the outlets, faucets, etc were labeled for easy use

Perfect Spot

Great spot for families

This property was the perfect size for our family get together of 5 adults and a toddler. Everyone has plenty of space and Greg was very responsive and accommodating. We loved walking to the breach in the morning and then hanging out in the beautiful backyard by the pool in the afternoon while our little guy took a nap. Highly recommend this place!

Very nice property and great location

405 Fifth is a really nice property. Very well finished, and very clean, with everything you could need for a week at the beach. The pool area and deck are wonderful, and kitchens and bathrooms are updated and have great touches. The owner was very accessible and communication was great. I would highly recommend this property.

Best location house pool

We loved staying here! The house was so clean and had all the essentials to start us off. We loved being able to walk to restaurants and stores and even the beach! Greg is wonderful to work with, responsive and makes sure his guests are comfortable and enjoy his home. The pool was warm and we spent most days there. Hope to visit and rent from him again soon!

Making memories!

This is our third stay at Pelican Pier! Greg is an exceptional host! It has been our family vacation destination for the last two years and has been a great spot to make memories with our adult children! Wonderful Vacation Home

Couldn’t have asked for anything more . The house was perfect for our family gathering. More than enough room for everyone to feel comfortable . Plenty of pool items, fully equipped kitchen WITH slow cooker and griddle, beach chairs and plenty of extra beach towels . Florida Getaway

This was our fifth time staying at this lovely home! It has become our annual family holiday! It fills my heart to be able to make memories with our family and friends. It is such a gift to hear our children and their spouses laugh together and talk about bringing their future children to this family getaway! The location is lovely and the house is very clean, comfortable and well maintained! Greg is the most wonderful host! He is always available and very helpful whenever needed! Melbourne Beach is a great location for a relaxing getaway, but many attractions relatively close by!

Amazing week in Melbourne Beach!!!

Every year our family spends a week in Melbourne beach and this house was amazing in every way. The rooms are very spacious, the kitchen and bathrooms are gorgeous, and the back yard was a great place to spend the day while enjoying the sun and pool. This house is perfectly located in the heart of Melbourne Beach and has plenty of restaurants, shops, and the beach within walking distance. I’d recommend this house to everyone!
