Beautiful 2 storey house 1.400 sq ft. balconies, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, single attached garage, S/S appliances, Cozy fireplace, furnished, fenced yard, fire pit. Easy access to Lake Wabamun, Marina & Fishing all year, Art & other Festivals during summer.Portable A/C. Wabamun Provincial Park, 5 min, the Town of Stony Plain & Spruce Grove, 20 min. The beach and water play park will be close June 2024-May 2025 for renovations.

The space
A beautiful and cozy place to forget the busy life in the city.
Wabamun Village offers you a nice local artist place to shop and a very unique coffee shop, and don't miss the pizza and ice cream at The Yellow Submarine.
Nice walk along the marina. The beach and water park will be close June2024-May2025
The house has a single attached garage to park your car, games for the rainy days and a fireplace to keep you warm.
A nice view to the lake from master bedroom.
This is a great place to relax, just bring yourself and the food you would like to eat or you can always order your meal.
Wi-fi. Netflix and YouTube only HDMI cable provide for you to connect to your iPad or laptop to watch other. Absolutely no pets. High allergies No third party bookings Must be over 25 years old to book my house. This is a mostly family oriented home.

We had a great stay! It was very quiet and relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and equipment. Beds were comfortable. The only suggestion we’d make is a small table on the deck to play cards or put a drink.

One of many return visits

Perfect getaway place

My husband and I had our 3 oldest grandchildren stay with us for 4 days. This was a perfect location. We were walking distance to the lake and the ice cream place! Only a short car ride to Wabamun prov park to go swimming.

Girls getaway

The house was beautiful the pictures did not do it justice. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need to cook with. Very clean and well thought out. It was in a great location to walk to the marina, grocery store etc. We will definitely be staying here again.

Lovely home with lots of amenities

Stayed here as our daughter and family live less than 20 minutes away. Had the grandchildren and parents over for dinner and it worked out well…Lots of seating and the kitchen is well equipped. The 3 boys also enjoyed going to the park just a few doors down.

Fantastic girls weekend

We just needed a place to get away and recharge. The property was well set up and the Beds are super comfortable. Everything was there for cooking and a binder full of information made it easy to navigate the property. The weekend ended too soon! We 100% will Go back!

Small getaway

The location was great. Walking distance to the marina, community park, convenience store and ice cream shop. It was an 8 minute drive to the provincial park beach. The house was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Scarlett was quick to respond and communicate any necessary details of our stay

Found the clean up instructions confusing (gathering all the garbage and putting it in the garage and/or putting it out in bins for pickup). Found the signs all over the property to keep things clean unnecessary - a few would have been enough.It slept 6 comfortably, but having meals and sitting around to play games would have been better at a table that sits 6.Otherwise, pleasant stay, quiet area, and place was clean.bring a sharp knife or a knife sharpener with you.

Little getaway

Incrediblely clean and organized! This was our first VRBO and Scarlett made sure it was perfect. I have absolutely no complaints at all! They have provided such a wonderful getaway. I will be going back if they so allow us ! Also- have a 4 year old son and he left his stuffed animal there and they are shipping it back!! Beautiful village and home

Shortcomings

This condo where very clean and decorated nicely. A few comments:1) The cupboards in the kitchen were cluttered and for the most part untidy, with items that we didn't use (i.e. canned goods/spices, too many coffee mugs, etc.) Because of the clutter in the cupboards, there was very little room for our groceries to be stored. I believe it would be a good idea to rearrange, tidy and de-clutter these cupboards.2) It would be nice to have a third fan so that each of the bedrooms have one. 3) The window in the bedroom with two beds did not have any way of keeping the window open for fresh air.I hope my suggestions are helpful for the comfort of future guests.
