Super sharp industrial townhouse loft located in a Traverse City neighborhood just south of the downtown hubbub. Very close to the NOBO district with restaurants and shops to the west, and Civic Center park just a couple of blocks away. Full kitchen and living space with smart tv for streaming, a full bathroom on main level, and a comfortable sleeping area with a queen bed in the upstairs loft.

This loft is 564 square feet.

The Space:
Traverse City has an incredible amount of great restaurants, but if you decide to stay in, kitchen essentials (utensils, cooking tools, basic cookware, and dishes) are provided. We also provide some coffee to get your first days off to a great start .Our in-unit washer/dryer and basic laundry supplies will help you refresh your clothes and adventure gear on longer stays.

Walk or bike downtown, or hop on the TART Trail for some beautiful natural scenery. This central location is a perfect starting point for taking advantage of all Traverse City has to offer, 5 minutes from the Cherry Capital airport.

Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.

A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $49 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.

High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee.

There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.

If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.
