This is a spacious 1bdrm apartment with a big living room, dinning, kitchen, study desk, and bathroom. The bedroom is cozy and the floor plan is 12×19. It is located in a very good quiet neighborhood in Baltimore county. Few minutes drive to Train Station, shopping Centers, Malls and Baltimore Inner Harbor. It's a very safe and friendly neighborhood anyone would love to stay.

Great place! Much bigger and nicer in person!

It is in a very safe neighborhood. We were able to jog daily. The host is absolutely wonderful and kind and caring. She offered free food if we needed. Sweet woman. My only complaint is someone in the house was able to access my computer when I was on the wifi. (ie: opening/closing windows, moving the mouse around) I am sure it was someone, probably a kid, messing around but beware. Also you can hear the homeowners talking/walking. It didn't bother me but if you are sensitive to that then just know the sound carriers. I stayed about a month and was overall pleased. God Bless!

Chai, most definitely your computer most have a serious problem, please go check it out. I've had hundreds of good reviews with other companies, never ever had any issues with Wifi. As I write, a tenant is in that apartment working religiously from home with no complains about anyone manipulating the Wifi from another area. In all honesty, Chai and her partner appeared to be friendly people. They were humble quiet and very respectful. But I must say with a sadden heart, it was very disappointing to enter the unit and discover the condition in which they left my property. It took me days to clean a blood stain that was on the bedsheets and the matrass that came from her "period". The kitchen was left filthy dirty with greasy plates, pots and pans. The bathroom also was no go area. I had to call a plumber to unclog the bathroom sink and the bath tub due to too much hair that was stuffed inside. This review is not a rant but a fair observation of the condition in which they left my property. I found myself cleaning out a refrigerator that was left with spilled flour, throwing away towel that were used to wipe what, and feverishly disinfecting everything. Overall, I gave Chai 3 star for cleanliness and 5 star for every other thing.

Unfortunate

Unfortunately my family did not enjoy their stay. The basement apartment was very cold and only heated by a small space heater. Communication was inconsistent and tardy.

Great Stay

Property is just as described, Betty is a very gracious host and willing to help anyway she can. Betty and her children are great people with great attitude. I highly recommend!

Clean and comfortable

I had a great experience renting at this property. I stayed for an extended period and was comfortable and happy the whole time. I had everything I needed and the host checked in on me periodically to make sure I was doing okay. When the weather got bad they ensured that the snow was cleared away. I would gladly stay here again!

My stay

Betty was a great host to have! There was a bit of a mix up with the check in but it was quickly fixed and my boyfriend and I enjoyed the rest of our stay. The basement apartment was the perfect stay for 2 people and offered a good amount of privacy. Overall it was great for a quick visit in MD!

Good budget getaway

This apartment is a quiet, private one bedroom. The host is very friendly. Check in is in person. After settling in, I didn't see her again, but got a text checking in several days into my stay - she is responsive to requests. The apartment is clean and entirely serviceable, but somewhat worn (e.g. carpet tears topped with rugs). The desk is a perfect size, the kitchen has many appliances and pans (although you might need to ask for more dishes/silverware), and the bathroom and bedroom are everything you need. If you are mobility challenged, the entrance follows a series of paving stones through the lawn, and the couches are very low. That might make things difficult. Otherwise, the host is very responsive and friendly. This isn't a luxury rental, but is a great deal for the price. Recommended!
