Mid Century Modern Luxury Apartment in Elkridge near Hospitals and Shopping Mall

New build Apartment complex, secure with building access via FOB key only. Unit features bright natural light, fully furnished with classic mid century modern decor, access to and view of pool, French doors open onto balcony. Cozy unique and intuitive layout/floorplan. 1BR with Queen sized bed and walk in closet, optional 2nd Full Double sized sleeper sofabed in main area sleeps 1 adult/ great for family visits or kids + lots of additional storage. New appliances, full size fridge. washer and dryer in unit, new wall to wall carpeting. BBQ Grill, party/conference room, computer room with free internet/wifi and 2 desktop computers all accessible via first floor, this in addition to free password protected wifi in unit. Free renewable covered guest parking on first floor and/or paid reserved parking dedicated to each floor per building on all other levels to not worry about snow/ice etc on the cars. Plenty free street parking as well. Spacious wheelchair accessible hallways and elevators. Cardboard compressor on first floor and trash is picked up every evening by 8pm at your door (in provided container with apartment complex label) from Monday to Thursday.

CVS Pharmacy and gas station at 0.4mi with attached convenience store where many items are available for sale incl food etc. on late nights. Nail salon very close by as well as other shopping, Columbia mall at 6.9mi, Target shopping store at 3.5mi Lake Kutamakundi at 6.9mi with surrounding bike/running trails, Near I-95, I-295 and other major highways/beltways. Museums/Smithsonian Mall/Washington DC at 29.9mi, Fort Meade at 7.2mi

We are pet friendly! The hosts were terrific! They met me in person for the walk through. A terrific and easy process for which I an grateful for. The apartment was lovely, the bed and furniture was super comfortable. The proximity to stores, Royal Farms, and CVS at the end of the street are so convenient!

Aminata was a great host. She was welcoming and gracious. The location is ideal for visitors. Close to major highways, grocery marts, eateries and entertainment. The condo was a clean 1 bedroom with a futon in living room and a lovely bathroom. Washer and dryer and full kitchen if you need longer stays. Will book again.

Have stayed here twice now, I returned for good reason - this place is wonderful, and the second time around was just a great as the first. The hosts have great communication. The apartment is clean and well decorated with all the amenities as advertised (and then some). I easily parked one car on the road this time around while parking my spouses second vehicle in the garage. We loved the kitchen yet again - it has everything you need to make home cooked meals. Thank you for yet another wonderful experience!

This is one of those rare times I wish I could give more than 5 stars.The host was fantastic, extremely kind, welcoming, and easy to reach. They were quick to respond but also non-intrusive.There were numerous great little touches that weren't mentioned in the listing. Our favorite part was the kitchen. It was stocked with just about everything you could possibly need - a slow cooker, rice cooker, Keurig, toaster, all the necessary pots and pans, utensils, and even lots of small details you don't expect, like a garlic press.The apartment was extremely clean, well-decorated, and comfortable. The bed was cozy (with a variety of pillows to choose from, one of those numerous great little touches) and the bathroom was spotless with plenty of towels and a good shower.The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. I streamed and even worked from home one day without any issues.We used the garage parking, which felt very safe, though we would have been comfortable parking on the street as well. The neighborhood is lovely, with several good restaurants and stores just a short walk away.I loved this stay so much that I booked a second stay before I even left town. Thank you for a wonderful time and being welcoming, I can’t wait to return.

The host was very welcoming. Aminata really tried her best to ensure our stay was as good as it could be. My husband and I stayed for a month. The neighborhood felt safe and friendly. It was quiet almost all the time. The covered parking is not always guaranteed. But once again, Aminata communicated throughrout the entire stay to let us know if something was happening or will happen.I recommend this place!

Right price for our needs

Good location for what our needs were. However, we/I have stayed in pet friendly places before and never had any issues. If a place is going to allow pets I would hope they do a better job of cleaning up after the previous renter. I chose this location mainly based on the reviews of how great and clean it was. And unfortunately I was extremely disappointed in the cleanliness.

Excellent hosts and adorable apartment!

Hosts were wonderful and the apartment is nicely decorated and stocked. Located in a nice area with good amenities nearby as well. Had one small issue with loud music from a neighbor, but the hosts promptly dealt with it immediately and I had no other issues after that. They were super accommodating and very helpful from pre-booking through the end of my stay. Definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Healing Comfort

What a wonderful place to stay. Unfortunately, my visit had a huge hiccup and my son worked with Jay and Amy to extend my stay. The environment is peaceful and clean. Everything you need to enjoy your stay was available. The members of the community are friendly! My daughter had to make an emergency trip here and had to bring her blind dog. Again, the team worked with us on costs and logistics.I hope I will be able to stay here while I recuperate later in April!

Enjoyed our stay

Enjoyed the our stay in the condominium. Had everything we needed to cook, make coffee and get a good nights sleep. Especially enjoyed the deck and the ability to sit outside.

Convenient location

Nice size apartment with kitchen in convenient location. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable so I would call this a one bed apartment. A great improvement would be to declutter by reducing pillows by half and removing all the countertop display items. The bathroom was left with virtually no counter space because of display items with no purpose.There was a constant dripping sound in the closet adjoining the bathroom. All and all a very good place to stay.

Great lodging and host

Thank you for the awesome accommodations and host property. The apartment was perfect for us in every way - location, cleanliness, roominess, laundry in unit, kitchen items. Beds were comfortable and we slept well. Thank you for making it easy to stay here and we will be back if we have another event in the area at Blandair Park. Highly recommend unless you are trying to book when we are!
