Enjoy your stay in this Tiny Country Cottage in a rural setting. Enjoy the deer grazing at dusk and dawn in the fields surrounding the property. One bedroom, one bath, full kitchen with all amenities. Totally renovated. Linens, blankets, bath towels, soap, shampoo, stove, microwave, toaster and pots and pans. Bottled water and coffee provided. Cozy and quaint. TV and WIFI provided. Full size bed and twin size sleeper sofa. Small Front porch with bench to enjoy your mornings or evenings outdoor. Great for a weekend get away! No long term renters please.

We absolutely love the Cozy Cottage. This was our third visit, and it truly feels like a home away from home. The place is always spotless, comfortable, and welcoming. Great place to stay

I am thankful I found this place! Checking in was a breeze & I didn’t have to worry about hearing traffic or anything during the night which was a plus. It was the perfect size for me & not too far from Ole Miss where the Morgan Wallen concert was!

We really enjoyed our stay. The space was small, but efficient and was very clean. We even were able to see beautiful deer just a few yards from the front porch both of the nights we were there. Although the cabin is in the country, the roads there were actually well-lit, making finding the cabin easy. We had an issue with the front door knob, and the host repaired it very promptly. It was a wonderful stay!

Cozy cottage with all the comforts of home.

Such a cute cottage that is conveniently located on the outskirts of town and near to Sardis Lake. Owners are onsite but afforded privacy. Cottage has all the comforts of home but situated in a peaceful countryside. We will stay again soon! . #tinyhouse

Anniversary Fishing Trip

Absolutely adorable, clean and comfortable. We were spending the weekend for our anniversary and doing some fishing at Sardis. It was quiet and peaceful. Would recommend this place to any couple wanting to get away from it all for a bit!

The house is perfect for two people. Beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Really comfortable mattress and linens. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. Close to Oxford yet still secluded in a very nice and peaceful area. Would stay again for sure!!
