TREETOP #27 - 3 BEDROOM, 2 BATHS TOWNHOUSE - BEDDING: Master King, BR #2 Queen, BR #3 Twin, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room. The townhome has a spacious mudroom for all your equipment. Through the mudroom, you have the full kitchen and dining room. Towards the back of the unit is your living area with a gas fireplace and a door leading to your deck. Bedrooms are located upstairs. During the summer play, games in the backyard and have a picnic. Washer and Dryer. AIR CONDITIONING.

Great location - we were able to walk to the ski lift. Unit is a little dated and definitely has wear and tear. It is a pet-friendly unit which I'm sure contributes to that. Overall it was a great stay. We found the unit to be very clean at check in.

Perfect Dog Friendly Spot

This spot was perfect for our stay. Four adults, two small children, and two dogs. We were close enough to the village to walk!

Long weekend with family/mountain biking

location was great. Nice place... in the 80's! If you do not mind a dated interior, it's fine. The steps are dangerous very very slippery when wet. The pace was fine.

Nice comfortable place

All was great, very spacious home for a family Suggestion: provide more towels, supply more dining plates... there is only 9 vs 12-15 bowls and desert plates, update dvd players... volumes dies work very well, while on max still cannot hear movie whole ghe heatig systems is on. Casago was great to work with. But the rental was in need of massive repairs. Half the light bulbs were missing in the rental, doors were so rusty they would not shut. The fireplace would not shut off, so it just burned constantly for six days. The carpet was dirty and needed to be replaced, in every floorboard in the house creeped when you walked.. love snowshoe but I would never stay at this rental again

Treetop

The to unit was pictured as it was. Kitchen had nice updates. Let ving room and upstairs we're from the 80s, but we knew that going in. Overall worth the value. Disappointed with ✔️ in. We went down and up the mountain twice costing us an extra hour of driving due to poor instructions. I wish all of snowshoe would adopt a keypad that emailed you the code to avoid this. All and all met our needs.

Mountain biking was a blast!

Great location, walking distance to village, mountain biking was fantastic. Great FP kicks off a lot of heat. Well stocked kitchen w cups, glassware, even a couple shot glasses. Older townhome, but perfect house. This is not a fancy place but worked out perfectly. Nice outdoor bonfire shared by community. They seemed to have plenty of wood to use. Cable TV not working, but property manager told us that. We were fine with that but recommend upgrading to smart TV so people can stream even if cable is out. 2nd recommendation is to have furniture on exterior decks.

Mike, it appears that you had a great stay with a few standout features and a few small recommendations. Convenience and outdoor activities are combined in one magnificent site that is easily accessible by foot from the village. Another benefit is the excellent mountain bike opportunities. For those chilly days, the fireplace's powerful heating element is great, and having a fully supplied kitchen with an assortment of glasses, cups, and even shot glasses is really practical. The comment that the townhouse was "perfect" for your purposes is appreciated. The communal outdoor bonfire is a lovely addition, and it's wonderful to know that there was enough of wood on hand. Regarding the cable TV issue, we make every attempt to notify our guests of any issues, we have recommended smart TV for streaming options, especially for guests who rely on entertainment during their stay to the homeowner. The recommendation for furniture on the exterior decks has also been suggested to the homeowner. Your feedback is valuable to both the property owner and future guests. Comfy stay at Snowshoe

We generally enjoyed our stay at Treetop 27.Beds were comfortable, but there is no curtain over the large BR deck door, so it's best to get up at sunrise.Lower level great room layout is good for socializing and relaxing with a large TV. Unfortunately the slow internet affects access and streaming at times. Multiple bulbs were missing in the kitchen lights, the heater in the entryway didn't work, the heater in the lower bathroom didn't work, and the fan in the upstairs bath didn't work. A little maintenance would help make this place more pleasant.These deficiencies are not game breakers, but do indicate the management needs to put more effort towards updating these older homes.

Disappointed.

we have stayed at Tree top a few times in the past but this was the worst. When we got there, the door was open, had not been clean, you could see where the people just got out of the bed and dirty sheets on the bed. fridge was dirty, not vacuumed, etc. I called and they did send someone to clean but I had already washed all the bed linens and made the beds. Our heat did not work in a bedroom. I called asap and they never sent anyone. No cable box downstairs at all and called about that as well. No one showed. Very disappointed in this stay! And paid good $$$$ for this unit.

We are so terribly sorry about all you've experienced. We also apologize that the maintanence person did not check on the heat in a timely fashion. Some of the homes the homeowners do not put cable boxes in but put smart t.v.'s in instead.

Great spot at snowshoe

Husband and daughter needed a last minute place to stay at Snowshoe and they were pleasantly surprised with the location. Clean, safe, comfortable and within walkable distance to everything you might need. Good mudroom spot to unload after a day of skiing.

Treetop #27 at Snowshoe Resort

Property was clean and we had plenty of room for five adults and dogs. The mud room was very handy for our needs. Walking distance to Village. Close to bike trail we walked each day. Property needs repairs and updated Since it is pet friendly property, we were surprised they still had carpet.

Our portfolio includes a wide variety of privately owned properties throughout the resort, ranging from cozy studios to spacious multi-bedroom mountain homes suitable for families and groups.

While not every property is located directly on the slopes, the majority of our rentals are slopeside and provide ski-in/ski-out access to beginner (novice) trails within the main terrain area of Snowshoe Mountain. Many homes also feature scenic mountain, village, or Western Territory views. The Western Territory is a separate section of the mountain known for its long vertical drop and expert terrain. This area features some of the steepest and most challenging trails in the region and is designed primarily for advanced skiers and snowboarders.

Casago Snowshoe provides professional vacation rental management and guest services year-round, welcoming visitors for winter skiing and snowboarding as well as summer mountain biking, hiking, festivals, and other outdoor recreation.
