A dreamy mountain getaway 5-BR, 3.5 bath on the ridge of Snowshoe Resort. Located right off Upper Flume ski trail between Top of the World and Main Village easy walking distance to dining and rentals. Perfect for the family whether you are enjoying the hot tub on the deck overlooking the ski runs or hitting the trails. While the winter months are the main attraction Snowshoe also has plenty to offer in the summer with events, hiking, biking, golfing, lake activities, shooting clays, horse back riding, the list goes on. Hope you come and enjoy your stay.

Great townhome

Extended family stayed 4 days over Christmas. We had a fantastic time - perfect for ski in/ski out. And an easy walk to the Village. We would definitely recommend this property!

Great ski weekend

We had a great time staying here. Plenty of room for 3 families and an easy walk to the slopes. It was also a nice walk to the village - we didn't use our cars at all (plenty of room for parking - 1 in garage, 2 side by side on driveway). The hot tub was a nice treat after a day of skiing. We hope to stay here again next year!

Better than the photos

We had a great stay with two families and ages ranging from 11 to 69. The location was great and the townhouse was more spacious that it appears in the photos. It was nice to have access to the garage and the hot tub got a lot of use.

Really nice condo and perfect location

Had 3 families stay here. 13 people total. Plenty of room. Location was perfect. Being on upper flume, you can ski to any lift on the mountain. Had a blast.

Great place for multple families

The propery was clean and had plenty of room for the 3 plus families staying there. Check on was a breeze. Parking is the only issue but that is out of the owners hands. Would love to stay here again. The hot tub after a day of shredding was defintely the high point for mee.

Weekend Trip

The home was everything as described. Plenty of room for all of us, board games to fill in our down time, hot tub to relax, and open space floor plan to enjoy each other's company was just what we all needed on our weekend trip. We were in town for the GNCC race, and this location was perfect. Far enough away from the nighttime activities but not too far away to walk to the village when we needed a bite to eat. The only downfall was all the bedroom TV's wouldn't work. Overall, we would give it a 10/10.

Ski trip with friends

Very nice stay, if we could suggest 1 thing we would ask for some starter paper products & trash bag. We didn’t realize some wouldn’t be available. We would have been better prepared if we knew. Everything g else was great!

Great Place

This is a great place to stay with multiple families. There is plenty of space with the 5 bedrooms for families with kids. The parking was great, we were able to put one car in the garage and then park two cars side by side in front of the property. Keeping the skis and the boots in the garage was key to not have the foyer full and bringing in the snow. The location is a ski in and ski out however you have to either walk down two flight of stairs or walk to the end of the row of houses to avoid the stairs. We were able to walk to the village which took about 10 minutes in the snow.

Great Location. Clean and Comfortable.

The townhouse is located very close to local attractions. One of the ski slopes is visible from the back deck. The check-in process was very simple. The townhouse was clean and comfortable. I communicated with the owner both prior to the trip and throughout. Responses to questions were always provided in a timely manner. The only negative... though every bedroom has a television, only the living room and master bedroom are connected to the cable. Therefore, the other televisions are basically unusable, given they aren't smart tvs. A few were missing remotes. Otherwise, it was a wonderful trip.

Needs attention

We paid a significant amount to stay just 3 nights and the property had several major issues. So the positives first... The owner did let us check in 3 hrs early at noon instead of 3:00 pm and responded promptly to messages. Now the not so good
 1. The bedding had not been cleaned. It was clearly dirty and had been just made up to look as if it was clean. 2. No dish detergent (we bought some) 3. No hand soap (we brought our own and left it for future guests there at the property) 4. OLD coffee maker 
 no single cup which made it challenging for us who wanted some decaf and some flavored and some plain etc
 I mean, who doesn’t have a single serve anymore.. 5. No toilet paper in the upstairs bathroom 6. Only 1 washcloth in the upstairs bathroom 7. Cooked and old biscuits on the pan still in the oven 8. Floors had not been cleaned 9. Only 2 trash bags in the kitchen
 we bought more The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything through the walls in the adjoining townhomes. The property needs some serious upgrades to amenities in the kitchen and most definitely a new cleaning service.

Family owned. Not only do we rent out HB Haus but as lovers of the outdoors we vacation there frequently. We try to make it as comfortable and cozy for our guests. If there are any issues let us know. Since the past ski season we have made some tech updates with lamps with USB and charging outlets on them, updated some of the TV's, put Roku and Fire Sticks on the TV's. We also updated some of the furniture.

For one the views, location a little away from the Village but close enough to walk, and having a garage is clutch in the cold. We have spent a great amount of time personalizing our home and hope you enjoy it.
