Enjoy all of the natural light in this 3 bed/ 3 1/2 bath home plus bunk room. In 2019 this home was gutted down to the studs and all new layout. All Bathrooms are new. Master bedroom on main level, Gas fireplace in the den. Common area downstairs with wet bar. Every bedroom has a nice view to the lake and dock.
Take advantage of the porches and patio overlooking a cove on the lake. Go down to the dock and swim or enjoy the screened in area under the fans. 2 Kayaks and life jackets provided.
10 MILES to Bryant Denny Stadium and University of Alabama. New Publix is 3.6 miles south and new Dollar General is 3.8 miles north.

Breathtaking!
We picked the perfect place to stay for graduation weekend! This place is beautifully decorated and has everything you need AND MORE! Very spacious. The neighborhood is gorgeous, peaceful and friendly. We couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate our daughter’s graduation. Roll Tide!

Wonderful Weekend in Tuscaloosa
We planned a small family reunion around the Alabama Vs Texas A&M game and were looking for accommodations that would give us space to host a small BBQ Friday night as everyone was getting into town. Andrew's property couldn't have more perfect, it's absolutely beautiful. The house was pristine and clearly recently updated as it could've been featured in a homes magazine. The property is breathtaking, as you initially pull up you see mature trees in the back drop in a quiet cul-de-sac. Walking to the rear of the property you can appreciate the gentle slope down to the serene waterscape with the Boathouse/dock.
We hope to visit again when we have more time as we spent more time away from the property then enjoying it. It's definitely a place you can spend most of your trip and not really want to leave. I can't express enough how nice the home is and how spotless it was when we arrived. Thank you Andrew!!

This home is more beautiful than even the pictures depict! Everything anyone could want or need-- beautiful view of lake from deck-- perfect for morning coffee and winding down from a busy day! The owner is so attentive and ready to answer any questions. Can't wait to return again!!

OH EM GEE!
I honestly don’t know where to begin!! The pictures of the home do not do justice! Firstly, I had the pleasure of communicating with Andrew. He was extremely polite, courteous, and prompt in response! He made everything a breeze! Any questions I had, he would immediately respond to give me reassurance. I am absolutely in awe and in love with this lakehouse! My friends and I take an annual lakehouse trip and this is by far one for the memories! We definitely cannot wait to visit again! 10/10 highly recommend! Thank you so much again Andrew for everything! You were more than welcoming!
