Cet appartement confortable à Westerland sur Sylt vous attend!
L'appartement est situé près du bosquet sud au sud de Westerland. La plage est accessible à pied en 5 à 10 minutes environ.
Il y a une belle aire de jeux pour enfants au bord de la forêt. La région des dunes commence à quelques 100 mètres de la maison. Le centre-ville est accessible en 10 minutes à pied environ.
Il y a un espace de stationnement fixe pour les locataires.
L'appartement est entièrement rénové et est très calme, avec télévision à écran plat, télévision par câble et nouvelle salle de bains.
Le nouveau sommier à ressorts très confortable de la chambre a une surface de couchage d'environ 180 x 200 cm.
Dans le salon, le nouveau canapé-lit avec un vrai matelas (adapté aux dormeurs de longue durée) peut être retiré, de sorte qu'un total de quatre personnes au maximum peut être hébergé.
Profitez de vos vacances dès le départ, vous recevrez le colis linge par personne (linge de lit, une grande serviette de douche et une serviette)
