Charming 2-bedroom Bayside T Model condo in Sarasota with courtyard views.

This first floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium, is located on the Bay side of our property. The Bay Side has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, two-bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a new king size bed with a 48" flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has two queen size beds with a 32" flat screen TV. The master bathroom and the guest bathroom both have a tub/shower combination. The living room is equipped with a large 55" flat screen TV for your entertainment. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker as well as a mini Keurig machine. The condo is tiled in the common areas and there is new carpeting in both bedrooms. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

Our stay was great! Location to the pool in the Bayside was perfect. Walk to the beach was about 5-7 min. There was a little issue with sugar ants when we arrived but it was quickly taken care of by the staff and wasn’t an issue for the rest of the stay. We are definitely coming back next year and would recommend to anyone staying in the Siesta Key.

Excellent locations and amenities

We love the ability to enjoy the ocean and the bay! The pools are nice, the condos well equipped and comfortable.

Our reservation was on the Bay side of the property. The accommodation was great! A clean 2 bedroom condo on the first floor with adjoining bathrooms. Nicely decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked with appropriate items. You will need to buy/bring cooking seasonings as there are none onsite. The hot tub was very warm and the pool was heated. It was a short walk to the amazing Siesta Key beach! The sand is wonderful, never hot and very white!Overall a 5 out of 5 stay.

Friendly Peaceful Relaxing

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice ground floor unit. Kitchen is nicely appointed. We cooked most of our meals at the unit with no problem. Comfortable beds. Really enjoy having coffee on the dock watching boats parade by each morning. Guests there are very friendly. PBC seems very family friendly. We like staying on the bay side as it is very quiet and you can watch the boating activity on the inland water way. One minor issue of which informed management is the unit is next to the laundry facilities. There was a daily noise from the laundry room which seem to be a pipe water hammer issue...needs to be fixed. And you can hear the spin cycle on some washers. Brief but distracting. Inspite of the noise we would stay at Palm Bay Cnub and this unit again.

However, Ceiling fans were lacking which are definitely needed for air circulation and comfort. Family room furniture could be made more comfortable with a footstool to go with the chairs. Bathroom sink faucets should have better water pressure. These comments are based on the $$$$ per week.

Noise level was up and could hear people above us, but would still return to this unit. Loved sunrise on the Bayside. Even saw a manatee several times.

We did have an unfortunate plumbing problem during our stay which was no fault of the management or the owners. The management was very helpful in getting it taken care of while we were there. I would rent this unit again in a heartbeat. We loved being on the Bayside. I would recommend this unit to anyone. We are frequent visitors of the Palmbay club we love the location we love the beach and we love all the amenities that they offer. We have always found the management very helpful and are grateful to them. While we were there the lighting of the royal palms took place on the Bayside in the patio area and they are beautiful.
