Guy, a short and sweet verdict on the place as a whole is a good one to land. It is a space that settles in easily, and the door is open whenever you want to return.

Getting the keys from the drop box was very convenient. The unit was spotless and the furnishings were great. We rent a unit in this complex every year but this was the first time through this host. We will be using this host again for future trips.

There were a few things the cleaning crew missed but overall the unit was clean. The decoration was great and it was very well supplied. The pool and hot tub were good though the pool was in need of having leaves skimmed out. I did notice the pool guy headed there the day we checked out. River access was easy and being right next to Texas Tubes made getting on the river super easy. I definitely recommend this unit and look forward to our next visit.

Over all the unit was lovely! It fit exactly what we needed, was well stocked for guests and would recommend. I only had two issues. 1. The bathroom shower had a ton of someone else's hair stuck to the walls. It was pretty gross. 2. People party outside by the pool into all hours, I didn't mind, i know it was a holiday weekend but a light sleeper could have issues going to sleep. None the less, would highly recommend this unit! The location to go tubing or walk to "town" is perfect. We look forward to staying in the future!

Great Stay

Condo with fantastic location overlooking the river

Great property with easy walking distance to downtown bars, restaurants and a short distance from Gruene Hall. Balcony overlooking the river. Great property and amazing location. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Amazing & Fun Location

Exceptional place to stay! The property was gorgeous. So many great outdoor options. Float the river, dive in the pool, walk to the park, or hang out on the property. The condo was clean & the perfect size! Highly recommend for families to stay at this location. We’ll definitely be back again!

Perfect stay

We loved the condo and loved being right on the river. We will definitely be back! The pool and hot tub were very nice and clean. The only complaint I would have, and it wasn’t even that big of a deal, was the pool pump equipment was kind of noisy sitting on our balcony. We couldn’t hear it in our condo though, so it wasn’t a big deal.

Stay on the Comal

Overall it was a great experience. The property was clean and the check in process was easy. You do pay a cleaning fee but then they ask you to do a few chores before you check out to help the cleaning crew. Go figure. But, you have direct excess to the Comal, plus a swimming pool and hot tub at your disposal. We would definitely stay there again.
