Welcome to your Comal River getaway at Camp Warnecke—perfectly located for everything New Braunfels has to offer. Step outside for direct river access and easy tubing, or unwind at the community pool just steps away. Schlitterbahn is right across the street, making this an unbeatable location for fun and convenience.



Inside, the condo is bright and inviting with natural light and backyard views. The open living area features comfortable seating, a smart TV, and space to relax after a day on the river. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need—cookware, dishes, coffee mugs, and more—plus a dining area for shared meals or game nights.



The private outdoor deck is perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks overlooking the peaceful surroundings.



The spacious primary suite offers a king bed, dresser, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with a large shower. The second bedroom features a cozy queen bed with easy access to a full bathroom in the hallway. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Noise: This is a popular vacation destination, so expect some activity, especially during peak seasons and weekends.

Supplies: We provide starter essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, soaps), but longer stays may require restocking.

Please note: This unit is located on an upper level and requires using two flights of stairs for access. There is no elevator available.
